two days ago, we were in a car. you took my face in your hands and pressed your mouth against mine. i dug my fingers into your skin, tasted salt, wanted to cry.
"are you sure about this?" i asked
we took ourselves to the back. limbs became tangle. clothes inconvenience. skin, friction.
"i love you," you gasped.
bodies became rhythm. thighs tremble.

i rehearsed my lines. went over how good it would feel to have my hands in your hair again
