Mackenzie's POV
I woke up and checked my phone. I had one text: Lauren- L Kenzie- K
L- We are on our way!
K- OMG! Yay, can't wait to see you and Johnny!
Johnny and Lauren are my best friends who moved back to Toronto a couple years ago, but they're staying with me all summer. I take a shower and wake up my sister maddie. " Maddie I can't find anything to wear!" She looks into my closet and picked this out.
Then I put my hair in a braid with natural make up. Then, I heard the doorbell. They're here! I run down the stairs and see them at the door. " Kenzie!!!" They yell in unison. We exchange hugs. It was weird, when me and Johnny hugged it felt right to be in his arms and I blushed. I really liked him but he would never like me, right.
Johnnys POV
I'm so glad to see Mackenzie we have been friends for years and we even sang a song Day and Night together. Ive always liked her but it was never that serious, but when we hugged I felt sparks. We started talking and catching up, at one point she mentioned being single and my heart started beating faster. A couple hours later Lauren suggested going to launch so we hopped in the car with maddie and melisa to go to launch
