Eva's POV
"Eva! Get your slutty ass down here" I heard my father yell from downstairs, He's drunk again, It's no surprise. I slipped on black skinnys, An OfMice&Men Tee along with my custom vans.
I threw my hair up in a pony tail leaving the fringes to hang on both sides of my face, I threw eyeliner on, Not to little and not too much. I snagged my jacket and headed downstairs.
"Goddammit Eva, Hury the fuck up you worthless like fat slut" Said my father as he slapped me across the face. "Ouch" I mumbled to myself, I was sick of these beatings.
"Go to the store and pick me up some cigarettes, beer and chips. If you get this right maybe I won't hit you" He said smirking as he pushed me out the door, I walked down to the nearest store.
*Goes into store*
Cashier Lady- "Oh, Welcome Eva! What can I get you this time darling" she said smiling as she was standing behind the register.
Me- "Uhm, I need a 6 pack of Budd light, Some Camel cigarettes and a bag of these chips" I said nervously, She could tell something was wrong but didn't question it.
Cashier Lady- *rings it up*
"That'll be 10$" She said looking at me with a smile, I was counting my money and realized my dad only gave me a 5$ bill.
Me- "I don't have enough money, Can I put the chips back please" I said looking at my feet, I knew what was coming when I went back home.
Cashier Lady- "5$" she said handing me my receipt and bag, I walked home in the cold weather.
*Arives home*
"Y..You didn't give me enough money to buy the chips, but I got your beer and cigarettes" I said with a sorrow look upon my face as I hand him the bag.
He grunted as he looked through the bag, "I could just slap you right now, but I won't" He smirked as he told me to go to my room. This was the first time he didn't hit me for no apparent reason.
I sat on my bad, Opened my macbook and logged in. I turned my ITunes on to "OfMice&Men"
*Ding*
New Message:
Hey, Eva. I've got two tickets to see Of Mice& Me tonight, wanna come?" I immediately typed yes, He replied "Cool, I'll pick you up at the nearest store". I logged off to get ready.
I have only one option and that's to sneak out my window, And I did just that. I ran to the store where I found my best friend Alex waiting for me in the car.
I hopped in, closing the door behind me. I was soak and wet from the rain but that didn't stop me.
Alex- "So, How did you escape your prison cell" He smirked, He was talking about my house.
Me- "Climbed out my window, That was the only way I could get out. He barricaded the front and back door" I utter ro him in complete despair. I was finally going home, And by home I mean the "OfMice&Men" concert.
We drove 3 hours to the venue, I stayed awake the whole time. "Alex, I gotta pee. pull over" He did as I said, I got out and just pissed behind a tree. I ran back into the car.
"Did you really just piss behind that tree?" He asked chuckling his words, I nodded as we continued to drive. I plugged my phone into the Aux/CD plug, I started playing "Second And Sebring" my favorite song by OfMice&Men.
We boths sung the chorus

I put my music on shuffle, I had a lot of bands on my phone including "Bring Me The Horizon". *song starts playing*

"Fuck!" Alex murmured as the officer came over to the car window. He rolled it down. "Is there a problem officer?" He said handing him his ID and registration. I sat with my hand on my head as the officer came back.
"You were going 7 miles over the speed limit" He said handing Alex his ID back. "Sir, May I search your car?" Alex immediately said No. "No officer, Where's your warrant?" The officer decided to go back to his car and drive off.
"Alex? Why didn't you let him search the car?" I asked suspiciously. "I have the right to refuse a search without a warrant, It's in the constitution Eva".
I looked at him, changing the subject "Do you know the set list?" I asked him, he stuck his hand in his pocket and pulled out a folded piece of paper, Handing it to me.
I open it up, It's the set list. It read

I literally started crying just after reading the set list, Alex knew how important it was to me. I held the piece of paper close ro my heart.
We arrived at the venue, We seen Austin standing at his tour bus. I calmly walked over and greeted them.
Me- Hi, I'm Eva and I absolutely love you all.
Austin- Thanks dear
Me- *slid off my jacket forgetting there was fresh cuts* He just stared at me with a sad look.
Austin- Why do you do this? He asked, grabbing my hand. I just looked down at my locket around my neck.
Me- I lost my mother when I was three, She went into cardiac arrest and that was the last time I saw her..
Austin- ... *pulls me into a tight hug* I started balling my eyes out, he cried with me. He's such a sweetheart.
Me- ...I only feel home when I'm at a OfMice&Men concert. I looked up at him and said "My father abuses me, I snuck out just to come here".
Austin- "Eva, You're such a beautiful girl inside and out. I know the feeling of losing the woman who gave birth to you. It sucks and it's hard, but people like you keep me alive and away from suicide". He uttered squeezing me tightly, I felt my heart melt."
Me-"It's been an honor to meet you Austin, I love you so much" I exclaimed as he pulled me back into another hug.
Austin- Here's a bracelet, I would love to talk to you more at the merch stand". He replied as he hooked the bracelet on my arm and smiled "Give this to your friend" I did as he said.
They went to get ready, While I ran to Alex handing him his bracelet so he could meet his favorite ginger. He smiled "This is going to be the best day ever" Pulling me into a hug.
We ran to the merch table, Alex and I were buying almost everything. We greeted and thanked the merch guys for everything.
I ran straight to the merch stand where OfMice&Men were signing items by the fans. I walked over calmy, placing my copy of "The Flood" onto the table. "Will you sign this" I asked as he grabbed it and began to sign the inside and outside of the album.
"I've made you something" I exclaimed, handing him a locket With a picture of him and his mom together. It took 3 months to find that picture on Google, but it was worth it.
Austin got up, pulled me into a big bear hug immediately. I felt his warm tears fall down my neck, He didn't want to let me go. "This is the best fucking gift anyone has given me" He cried as he squeezed me a bit more.
I glanced over to Alex, Him and Alan were having a thumb wrestling competition. He seemed so extremely happy, it brought tears to my eyes. Austin handed me two VIP passes for us to hang out with OfMice&Men, I thanked him as I grabbed Alex and we worked our way into the crowd, Somehow we got up front. I'm not going to question it though.
This is going to be the best thing that's ever happened to me, My mother would be proud...

I couldn't stop crying, Tears fell like a waterfall. The song was so beautiful, I cannot wait to hear the rest of the songs.
Alex got caught up in the Mosh pit, He even started crowd surfing.
Austin- For this next song, I need a volunteer to come up and sing with me? My heart skipped many beats as he pointed to me. "Bring that girl up on stage" Austin said smiling at me.
Austin- *Holds my hand" "Eva, I know you'e been through some hard times, So I want to dedicate this song to you if I may. You're a beautiful and intelgent women who shouldn't self harm". He protested as tears fell fell down my cheek, I looked in the crowd where everyone was actually cheering me on, I wasn't getting hate.
This is why I love these concerts, Everybody is nice and chill.

As he sung "When You Can't Sleep At Night" to me, Tears began to fall even harder. I went to get off stage but he yanks me back. "Sing this song, Your mom will be watching" Austn said as he handed me a microphone. I introduced myself, took a deep breath then screamed "LETS GO!"
