Her lips were warm against mine. They felt familiar to my own. It felt...right. All those years apart, all the tears, her funeral, the drinks on lonely nights, the longing to have her back, all of it seemed to disappear as she pulled me closer.

I gently reach my hand up and run my fingers through her hair. I had missed her so much. More than words can explain. I didn't only care for her as a lover, I loved her as my best friend, as my other half. On the island, we did everything together, we fought together, we laughed together, we cried together. She knew me better than anyone, she would know what I was going to say before the words left my mouth, she could predict my every movement, and vice versa. When she "died", a part of me seemed to have died with her. But now, with her back here, in front of me, her lips on mine, her hand in my hair and on my waist, that part of me seems to be slowly reappearing, slowly but surely.

We gently pull away from each other and I immediately wrap her in a hug. She locks her arms around my waist as I bury my head in the crook of her neck. I fight the tears welling in my eyes but when I feel her face buried in my hair, I can't hold them in any longer.

"I missed you so much." I cry out as I begin to sob.

Her arms tighten around me as she says, "I missed you too," somewhat choking it out as I feel her wet tears against my neck.

For a long time, we just stand there, our arms wrapped around each other, tears silently streaming down out cheeks, for the first time in a long while, I felt safe.

An awkward cough breaks us out of our daze causing us to pull away from each other to look over. My eyes scan everyone's faces and all of them look completely astonished, except for Oliver and Laurel who had known about Sara and I, from the beginning.

To be fair, none of them really knew me, they didn't know I was bi, or that I was anything more than friends with Sara. I can understand their shock, but I see more than just shock on Roy's face. I search his face and for a brief moment, a flash of hurt seems to cross his face but it disappears just as quickly as it came. I feel Sara's hand on my shoulder and I glance back at her with a smile.

"Move," A voice growls and I turn to see Roy shoving through Laurel and Thea to get to the back door.

He slams the door behind him and all eyes seem to turn to me.

"I should probably go after him," I say and begin to walk away before Oliver's voice stops me.

"I'll go, you stay here," he mutters before following after Roy.

Laurel catches my eye and raises her eyebrow in question. I shake my head slightly in response to tell her that I would tell her later. She nods before Diggle breaks the silence.

"What just happened?" he asks looking like a confused little puppy.

We all let out a laugh, breaking the tense silence that had surrounded us when Roy left.

Third Person POV

Roy angrily paces back and forth in the alleyway. Oliver exits from the door and walks up to him, roughly grabbing his shoulder.

"What the hell was that?" he snaps.

"I don't know! You tell me, she's the one that didn't tell us she was a lesbian!" Roy snaps back.

"She's bi," Oliver says calmly, trying to diminish the frantic situation.

"Excuse me?" Roy asks, anger still clear in his voice.

"She's bi, not lesbian," Oliver repeats.

"Oh," is all Roy says.

Roy sighs before leaning against the wall, closing his eyes as he processes everything.

"Care to explain what the hell that was now?" Oliver asks, crossing his arms over his chest.

"No," Roy responds snarkily.

Oliver chuckles before asking, "Do you like her?"

"Are you kidding me?" Roy snaps back.

"Hey, you're the one that freaked out and stormed out here," Oliver says and puts his hands up in mock surrender.

"Of course I don't like her, I mean she's hot sure, but I don't like her like that, I was just shocked, that's all," he says and when Oliver looks unconvinced he continues, "It's not every day you see someone resurrected from the dead who was in a relationship with the girl you just met."

Oliver still looks unconvinced but does nod in acknowledgment of the strangeness of their lives.

"Besides she's an annoying bitch," Roy says.

"And you're an arrogant asshole, but hey, the world's gonna have to suffer," a voice says causing both guys to look over to see Becca standing in the doorway.

-

Back to Becca's POV

After finishing explaining somewhat of the story to Diggle and the others about how I was bi and Sara and I had a thing while on the island, I had followed after Oliver and Roy.

"Besides, she's an annoying bitch," I hear Roy say as I open the door.

"And you're an arrogant asshole, but hey, the world's gonna have to suffer," I snap back at him.

Both of their head swivel to look at me and I flash them a bitchy smile.

"Talking about me, are we?" I growl at them.

"I thought I told you to stay inside," Oliver says.

"Woof woof," I say as I hold my hands up in front of me as if they were paws. I roll my eyes and walk up to them.

"I may be a bitch Oliver, but I'm not your bitch," I say to him and he lets out a small chuckle before walking away.

"Don't kill each other," he mutters before walking back inside.

I turn my eyes back to Roy and he glares at me.

"Arrogant asshole?" he snaps.

"Annoying bitch?" I snap back.

"I'm not wrong," he says, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Neither am I," I shoot back, putting my hands on my hips.

We stare each other down for a while before smiles break out on both our faces and we melt into laughs.

"Sorry for storming out, I was just surprised," he says after we had both sunk to the ground, leaning against the wall.

"Sorry for kissing my ex-girlfriend who had just come back from the dead and had just gotten her soul back, it was probably a shocker," I say and we both burst out laughing again.

"What have our lives come to?" he laughs.

"I don't even know anymore," I respond with a shake of my head. "Did you just hear what I said?"

"Our lives are weird," he says, staring out into the distance in front of him.

"That's an understatement," I mutter before resting my head back against the wall.

We sit in comfortable silence for a while. Both of us feeling utterly ridiculous for the whole situation. I sigh and look back over at him. He looks over at me.

"We cool?" I ask him and he smiles.

"We're cool," he says.

I stand up and smile down at him, offering him a hand. He takes it and I pull him up.

"Good," I say with a smile and we both head back towards the door.

"So you're into girls huh? That's pretty hot," he says with a cheeseball smile.

"You are such an immature stereotypical fuckboy," I groan and walk inside with him trailing after me.

"Ouch, that was mean," he says.

"Well I'm not a very nice person," I mock him from earlier causing him to roll his eyes.

"Really? I hadn't noticed," he mocks me back and we both let out a laugh as we rejoin the group.
