Smile and laugh, it helps, even when others aren't the nicest, show others life isn't all bad, even though it may seem like so sometimes.
Don't just say you can do it, do it.
no matter what.
Get back up if you fall.
No matter how hard.
Because sometimes you just have to.
Follow life and where it takes you.
Make decisions.
