FAITH POV: Tim has one of his "famous" surprises scheduled for tonight. 17 years and he still manages to surprise me every time. I watch him make the girls breakfast and get the kids things together so they can go to Betty's for the night.
"Everybody have everything ready?" I say as I enter the kitchen.
"Yep! Gracie still hasn't brought down her bag though." Tim replies sounding like Mr. Mom.
"Well, I will go get it for her then. Besides that are we all good? Because I can start loading up the car while you're making breakfast so we can get out faster." I say.
"Babe don't worry about it! I can do that real quick while you get ready. Did you pack you're things?".
"What things?" I question.
"I forgot to tell you that we are going to the lake house didn't I?" He smiles and winks. I smile back and run up the stairs to pack my own bag. This should be exciting
