I ignored the members and just continued to sip my beer.
I never drink but I need something to drown my heart to numbness.
"Hyung let's go home." A wary Vernon said
A tear escaped my eye.
Tch. It fucking hurts.
Well I deserve this.
Maybe Jeonghan felt more wronged and hurt when I broke up with him.
"Chan-ah give me your phone."
Hesitant he handed his phone whining, "Ah hyung what is it this time?"
Finally getting hold of his phone, I pressed an awfully familiar number.
The other line does not seem to answer the call but I persistently dialed it.
After a few minutes, he picked up.
"Hello?"
That voice. A deep sigh escaped my lips as I ready myself for what I am going to say.
"My eyes hurt. My heart hurts. Everything hurts. I am hurting so much I just want to evaporate. But I can't blame you. It was my fault... for not knowing how to make you stay. I understand you have another man who could understand you, take care of you, and love you better than I do. I know this is very selfish of me to say but I still want to say it so I won't have any regrets. Can't we go back to how it was supposed to be? Let's get back together, Jeonghan-ah..."
