With a clarity I see the sky,
A beautiful expanse,
So wide and so blue,
I knew with it I could dance,
And then I knew so I flew,
I stretched my wings to fly,
I could see all of life,
Everything and everyone,
The sky was my wife,
Showing me all it has done,
With the world beneath me I could not die,
I had everything under my wing,
The sky was my safe haven,
I could do nothing but sing,
As I flew as a raven.
