/AN: SWITCH TRISHA AND EMMAS DRESS. SO TRISHA WILL HAVE THE RED DRESS AND EMMA WILL HAVE THE PINK ONE./
I woke up looking at Adam sleeping, I get up and put my shoes on, leaving. I got afraid Mason was in the house so I went straight to the gladiolus flowers and laid near them for a while when Tim came up to me
"Hey Emma!" He said sitting next to me, I sit up and don't look at him
"Hey Tim." I say looking down
"How have you been?" He asked
"I've been-" I didn't want to lie to him so I turned my face and his eyes bulged "I haven't been good. How's Sophia and you?" I ask
"Who-" I stopped him
"I don't want to talk about it. How's Sophia and you?" I ask again
"We're both fine." He said sighing
"That's good." I say.
MASON'S POV
"How the fuck could you hit her like that!?" Lance barges into my office
"Lance calm down." I told him rustling my hair
"How can I calm down when you hit my wife's best friend!?" He yells "she's my friend too!"
"Are you sure about that?" I say typing on my keyboard
"At least she trusts me more than you." He says and sits down in front of me "you're such a dick for hitting her. Just tell me how you could've done that!" He yells again
"Stop shouting Lance." I say tired of him already
"Why is it hurting? Cause I bet Emma's face hurts worse." He scoffs "she may look like Grace but not act like her, but you know, it's never too late for her." He said meaning by suicide
"We have a gang party to be at and we have to bring girls. I already picked out dresses and tuxes." I get up grabbing a dress and tux "It's at six I think." I say to him, he leaves slamming the door.
EMMAS POV
Me and Tim talk until he had to leave. I sat on a bench and looked at the beauty in the flowers when a hand touches my shoulder, I jump.
"Don't worry Emma." Mason says "it's just me." I don't want to talk or look at him. I push his hand off my shoulder and see Tim staring at Mason, deathly, I nod my head no knowing what he wants to do. "Where were you last night?" He asked. He puts his hand on either side of my shoulders on the bench. "There's a party tonight and you're coming." He said
"No I'm not." I fight back
"What was that?" He said
"I'm not going to your stupid fucking party." I say more clearly "take your whore. I know she'd love that." I say
"You're coming because I said so. I'm not giving you a choice." He said
"Oh really? Because you said there's a party." I start and face him "and usually that's an invitation not a force." I say and he smirks. I look back at the flowers and he puts his hand on the opposite shoulder, he bent down and tried to kiss me on my cheek, but I got up.
"You and Trisha will have the same hairstyle for the party." He said leaving. I sigh in relief and look at the house seeing Lance and Trisha hugging near the window. I walk inside and into Masons room seeing he's not in there, I feed Aniease and Jazz after that they both lay and jump on me. I sit on the couch and they follow me and lay on my lap, I turn the TV on and watched the news
"It's been four months since two girls, Trisha Ann Silvia and Emma Vanderwall, have been gone. FBI say Trisha called them and told them her and her friend were going to, I quote, hit the road and live life." I sigh and turn it to some movie watching it. I start to play with the dog, throwing a ball and petting Aniease. Someone knocks on the door
"Who is it?" I ask
"It's me, Trisha." I get up quickly
"Hold on." I say looking for sunglasses. I sit back down and tell her to come in, I play with the animals again and she comes in
"How are you?" She asks
"I'm good." I say looking at her through the glasses "light just hurts my eyes." I say
"Did you hear? We're going to another party!" She says excitedly
"Yeah, I did." I say looking down
"Do you not want to go?" She asks
"I don't have a choice." I say. She gives me a hug and leaves. I take off the glasses and rub my face gently.
TRISHAS POV
I walk out of Emma's room and go into my room
"Lance?" I say, he comes out of the bathroom
"What's wrong?" He asks worriedly
"It's Emma." I pause "she's hurting, I can tell."
"She's here?" He asks and we sit on the bed
"Yeah, I just talked to her and she makes it as if she's fine, but she's not." I say "I feel like it's my fault, if I hadn't taken her to Dr. Kane then she wouldn't have had sex with him."
"What do you mean?" Lance stares at me
"Me and her got into a fight outside Dr. Kane's. I told her it is great here-" Lance cut me off
"Why would you say that Trisha?" Lance asks trying to hold back his yell "do you know what she's been through?" He holds my hand and I start to cry
"She was just being so selfish and I just yelled at her, but she's right it's awful here for her." I cry more
"Look, just get dressed and I'll talk with her." Lance said handing my a dark red dress "a girl will come and do your hair. I'm going to talk with Mason."
EMMAS POV
Mason comes through the door.
"Put this on." He says throwing a light pink dress at me. "Put on sunglasses because I don't have anything for that, but please wear lipstick. Also a girl will come and do your hair." He says leaving. I put on the dress, feeling exposed, the cat and me look in the mirror together, I avoid looking at myself, and the dog comes too and starts to whine. I pick up both of them and pet them
"You'll be a good mother." A girl says startling me
"Oh, I'm not pregnant that's my-" I pause thinking what Trisha is to me anymore "yeah." Is all I say
"Oh, I'm sorry. I'm her to do your hair." She says
"Okay." I say and she goes into the bathroom, I follow her and avoid looking at my face again. She starts to work on my hair when she talks
"What happened? If you don't mind." She asks meaning my eye
"Just something bad happened." I say.

After she's done I look and it's beautiful, I put on my glasses and sit back down with the pets on me again. Mason comes in wearing a burgundy suit, just like last time, he grabs a pair of black heels and hands them to me. I put them on and get up
"Are we leaving?" I ask
"No, you didn't do what I told you to do." He said
"And what's that?" I ask
"Lipstick now." He said. I walk into the bathroom and grab dark red matte lipstick and put it on since I have my glasses on. I walk out of the bathroom and he smiles "better!" I feed the animals and he extends his hand like I'm going to take it. I push past Mason and go downstairs
"You look so beautiful Emma!" Lance says in front of the door and in front of Trisha
"Shouldn't you be saying that to Trisha?" I ask
"He already complimented me a million times." Trisha said
"That's-" I couldn't finish when Mason came down the stairs like a buffalo.
"Let's go!" He yelled.

Mason tried to touch my thigh but I grabbed his wrist
"We aren't together anymore." I said throwing his hand near him.
"Says who?" He asks
"Says me." We come to a stop in front of a big mansion. I step out of the car and leave my sunglasses on since it was still pretty bright, Lance and Trisha come towards me
"Come on we have to meet the big man." Mason said behind me. He almost put his hand on my back when I started to walk up to the door close behind Trisha and Lance. When we go into the front door Lance securely wraps his arm around Trisha's waist. A man approaches us and Mason stands next to me
"Lance! Mason!" He says shaking their hands "ladies, I'm Vlad!" He said taking my hand forcefully and Trisha's. "Why are you wearing sunglasses?" He asks
"I don't really like the light in my eyes." I say and look around to see marble everywhere. Mason puts his hand on my back and rubs my back "where's your bathroom?" I ask
"I'll show you." He said extending his hand, I grab it and he leads me to the bathroom "are you okay?" He asks
"I'm just a bit sick." I say going into the bathroom taking off my glasses, I cough having the urge to throw up. I rub my forehead and get up putting on my glasses, I open the door and Vlad comes in "what are you doing Vlad?" I ask
"I know what he did to you." He said taking off my glasses "damn." He says "I thought it'd be more red than purple."
"Vlad, just leave me alone. You don't even know me" I say taking my glasses and putting them on, I walk out and go back down stairs. I go outside seeing a pond, I walk to the bench and sit down rubbing my temple
"Hey Emma." Lance says sitting next to me
"Hi Lance." I say simply
"Are you okay?" He asks "you look a bit pale." I look down and take the glasses off looking at him "does it hurt?" He asks
"Like a bitch." I chuckle he just smiles weakly "please." I beg "don't pity me." I put the glasses back on. "I really-" I couldn't finish my sentence when Mason grabbed my arm tightly squeezing it
"I want you to meet some of my friends." He says Lance gents up but I hand signal him to stop. Mason doesn't let go of my arm and we start to walk, I turn back to Lance and see him stressing out.
"This must be Emma!" A woman says
"Yup." Mason says letting go of my arm "Emma this is Isla, Vlad's wife!" He says
"You want a cookie for saying that?" I say Isla laughs
"I already like her! Cute but sassy." She says.

Mason left me alone a couple minutes ago and I wandered around when I saw Vlad and Mason about to fight
"Stop!" I say
"Get out of this Emma!" Mason said
"I'll fight you." I said "I'll take Vlads place."
"No Emma, he's hit you enough." Vlad said
"Vlad I can do this." I say "just take my heels and watch." I say he sighs
"Come on, let the lady fight me." Mason said. Vlad takes my shoes "so how-" I didn't let him finish when I hit him in the face possibly breaking his nose, his face went to the side and I took that as to knee him. Now people were watching and Lance was holding back Trisha. Mason hit me in face busting my lip, I kneed him in his torso making him bend down. I tried to grab his head when he grabbed my hands and slammed me to the ground, I cough and get up
"Okay!" Vlad yelled "that's it!" He said, Mason wiped blood from his nose and stared at me. My hair was everywhere and parts of my dress where torn, I grab my shoes and sunglasses from Vlad. I walk inside and everyone stares at me
"What!?" I yell and they all go back to what they where doing.

I got to drive back to Masons house with Lance since Trisha didn't think it was a good idea for me and Mason to ride together.
"What the hell where you thinking Emma!" Lance tells
"Vlad is a nice guy and he doesn't need to fight a lowlife like Mason." I said.

I walk into Masons room to see the cat and dog sleeping. I set my shoes aside and lay down on the couch too tired to change. My eyes droop and soon I fall asleep.
MASONS POV
I loosen my tie and walk into the room seeing Emma already asleep on the couch, still in her dress. I put a blanket on her and look at her sleeping face, I pet the dog and cat that lay under her. I put on my joggers and slide into bed sleeping.
TRISHAS POV
"Lance, we need to talk. And I mean it's serious." I say sitting on the bed sighing
"What's it about?" He asks sitting next to me
"Emma." I say "I want to help her escape." I say grabbing Lances hand
"Are you saying you're going to leave me?" He asks
"No, listen to me." I say making sure he's listening. I grab his cheek "We help her escape, she doesn't talk about what happened and she'll just tell them that she missed her mom. She says I found a boyfriend and she gets to live her life and have school and college and everything she wanted. I already have everything I want, now it's her turn to go to college and have a boyfriend, a job, a husband, and a child of her own."
"Trish, honey, you're asking for so much. If we get caught, there's no telling what Mason would do to you. You are holding my child, he could harm it hurting us." Lance says I sigh and look down
"Baby, I know I thought it over, but Emma is miserable and scared. I think it would be nice for her to just enjoy lie that isn't this." I say "but I want to stay in touch with her, so I want a phone and her to have a phone. She needs to have your number and mine, but she needs a burn cells."
"God you really did plan everything." Lance chuckles and kisses me "we'll take Emma out tomorrow and go to a secluded area and talk." Lance says and I nod.
