Cheska POV
"There dad!", I shouted as I threw the phone on him. "Are you happy now!?"
Dad forced me to send David that text message. Im sure he's truly hurt. I cried out of anger towards my dad for destroying my bonds on someone very special.
"Yes I am. That way, he will never associate with my daughter. He will seclude himself from you and your friends. The feelings you have for him will eventually fade. And you'll be back to your normal life."
"BUT I DONT WANT THIS LIFE YOU ARE GIVING ME!", I shouted. "He's the one who saved me not just once, BUT TWICE! If it wasnt for him, I wouldnt be here in the first place! And THIS IS HOW YOU'LL REPAY HIM!?"
"SILENCE!", he roared much louder that I flinched. I realized that I have gone too far. "One more shout and refrain from you, and I will transfer David and his sister out of my school. You dont want that to happen do you? Then you'll do as I want."
He turned off the lights on my room and left with my phone with him and locked my door.
I wailed silently on my bed and hugged the lunch box I gave to him earlier.
"Oh my David.. im so sorry. Im sorry.. I love you so much. I hope you know what I feel for you.."

David POV
I was woken up by my sister the next morning.
"ONIICHAN!!!!", she screamed and slapped my face over and over again.
"Oh come on! Stop it, Mina. Alright im awake now."
I sat upright and yawned.
"Oniichan, dont we have breakfast yet? I cant believe I woke up faster than you this morning. Whats up with you?"
I remained silent and scratched my head.
Mina pouted her lips, "Oniichan. What's wrong with your eyes?"
"Huh? What are you talking about Mina?"
She looked more closely to my face, "Your eyes.. they're swollen. Did you cried all night for that to happen?"
I rolled my eyes, "Oh come on. I just stayed up late watching anime. Your oniichan will never cry. I promised that, remember?"
Mina nodded and sobbed, "Yeah. After you were bullied in school years ago, you cried like a child on our room. I comforted you. You thanked me. And promised that you will always be a strong man for me from now on."
I smiled and patted her head, "Yeah. Dont worry Mina. Lets get downstairs and clean the house for our guest."
But Mina were still looking at my eyes, "Oniichan. I dont ever want to see you so sad okay? I dont ever want to see my big brother crying. I have always depended on you. I always looked up to you. And I promise you'll never face your problems alone. I am here.."
Then Mina hugged me tight. I couldnt help but smile. Ever since we are little, we have always depended on each other.

The doorbell rang. Me and Mina were a bit surprised. Or just me.
"Open it up.", said Mina.
She probably knew I were still thinking of Cheska. Hoping that she might be the one on the other side of the door.
I opened it up and I though I saw an angel.
It was Yuki! She's wearing a very cute white dress, a pretty smile, with her hands on her back.
"Uum.", I blurted when I realized I haven't took a bath yet. My hair looks like a bird's nest and I am facing a very pretty girl. Its embarrassing.
"Good morning David!", she said cheerfully. "Have you just gotten out of bed?"
"Ahaha. Yeah I guess? Come inside please."
Yuki entered the house and Mina greeted her, "Morning, neechan!"
"Wooow! What a very cute girl! Are you David's little sis?"
Mina giggled and nodded. Yuki also did giggle and patted Mina's head.
"Would you like cat ears and gloves, Mina-chan?", asked Yuki with a kind smile.
"Wooo! Really!? I love cats! Yes I would love to have one.", said Mina with so much excitement.
"I have lots of neko costumes at home since I also love them. I'll give you one later!"
Mina hugged her, "Yaaay! Thank you!"
"Umm. I dont think thats a good idea.", I said, trying to piss Mina off.
"Oniichan's a meanie. Dont listen to him Yuki-nee.", and they both laugh.
Yuki put her plastic bag on the table and laid out many foods in tupperwares.
I laid out three plates and get everything needed for breakfast.
"Please enjoy this meal!", said Yuki as she was the last one to sit down. "I made it early this morning."
"Woow! These nuggets tastes so good!", mumbled Mina with her mouth full of food.
I was kinda busy putting food in my mouth that I didn't nag her. I am so hungry.
"Eat well, David.", said Yuki wearing her kind smile.
While we were eating, Yuki were looking at all directions and noticed many ninja weapons decorated on each ceiling of the house.
"Woah. I never imagined that I could see real weapons like these in my life!", she said with amazement. "Now I remembered how you saved me yesterday."
Yuki blushed and looked at her lap.
"You mean you were there at Cheska-nee's case?", asked Mina.
"Yeah. If it wasnt for your brother here, I probably wont be here now talking to you. He took out the evil spirit taking over Cheska's body by using a seal. She was trying to stab me you know. I thought it was the end of the line for me. But your brother came and saved me from that spirit. He even slashed it with a katana! Thats so cool."
"Hmm.", Mina said and continued on eating her food. "I dont know if oniichan is cool."
"Hey, Mina!", I said. I was enjoying what Yuki were saying and she really have to oppose?
But then she continued, "He's not cool. But he's the kind of man who'll always be there for the people he loves. He's always there to make sure that the girl he values is safe. He's always there to protect them with his life. Thats why my brother is NOT cool."
Yuki were smiling at her and I dont know what she'll say next.
"Oniichan.. is an amazing hero!"
I smiled and Yuki did too.
"Yeah you're always right about that!", Yuki giggled and both of them laughed.
I dont get what they're thinking about, but it sure made me smile.

It was evening when me and Yuki decided to go to my room for a final and private conversation. Mina went to sleep on her own room.
She sat down on my bed and I also did too.
"Umm. Its just the two of us on a bed huh?", said Yuki shyly while her hands were playing on her legs.
"Yeah. What about it?"
"Umm. Nothing! Tee-hee. So what do you want me to do - oh sorry - I mean you want to talk about?", Yuki seems redder than usual that you'll think that her head might be on fire with her orange hair.
"Its about school..", I said.
"What about it?"
"Its just that.. I dont want to talk with my other friends for the meantime. Is it okay if.. I hang out with you at school?"
Yuki blushed and covered her face.
"Hey. Whats wrong Yuki?", I asked.
"N-nothing! Sure! I uuh.. I would.. really love to!"
"I mean I want to be with you during school all the time. Until we go home. Everyday. If thats okay. Since you are the only one I have left on that school.", I said while staring on the starry sky out on my window.
Yuki recovered and smiled at me, "Sure. I promise I will never let you feel lonely. I will always be by your side from now on, as long as you'll be there for me too."
I smiled at her, "Thank you. Yuki."

When Yuki finally went home, I wrote all this on my diary.
Yuki texted me before I fell to sleep.
Sleep tight, David. I'll go sleep later after I finish another chapter on my story. By the way, my parents said that they wanted to see you soon! See you later, David.. my amazing hero!
