"Good to see you Grace." Doctor Grant speaks as he closes the door after entering.
I mumble a quiet responds before turning my head back to look out the window.
"I heard about your little, um mishap yesterday.." The doctor continues.
I look down at my lap in embarrassment.
“Yeah..”
“You just need to know that we are all here to help you, not hurt you. We want to get you better, then we can let you out.” Doctor Grant answers.
“I know.”
“Well good, how are you feeling?”
“Okay.”
“Great, we plain on starting you in some group therapy soon.”
“Group therapy?”
“Yes, to help talk about your feelings more, and maybe relate to others as well.”
“That’s stupid.”
“Well it will help you get better, so give it a try.”
“No.”
“You start tomorrow.” He smiles while walking to the door.
