Chapter 6-
This man was very attractive. He was nice, seemed like he cared, he even saved me from my mother. I felt a connection with him that I've never felt before in my past relationships. He was my mate. Obviously fate said we were meant to be. My life was already a mess, so I figured why not give it a shot?
"Yes!" I answered.
His face was priceless. Complete shock was written all over his face. It was hilarious.
"That's amazing Kitty Cat!"
"Kitty Cat?" I was confused.
"Yeah it's like calling you babe but better. Plus, Cat is short for Catalina."
"Well that's cute Em." I responded.
"No! That sounds girly." He chuckled and lifted me up in a hug. I wrapped my legs around his waist. I don't know what had gotten into me. But I felt like I knew this guy my whole life.
"Well, now I know what to hold against you." I joked.
"Don't you dare! I have a feeling my little mate is ticklish." He smirked.
Oh shit, I was screwed. The look on my face must have told him so because he pinned me on the couch. He then proceeded to tickle me.
"Stop, stop please I'll do whatever you want!" I giggled.
"Oh really? Hmm, how about you let me kiss you."
I was desperate for the torture to stop.
"Deal!" I gasped for air. He stopped his tickling and leaned his face close to mine. I closed my eyes and felt his breathe fan across my face. I felt his smooth lips brush mine and I leaned in closer to his presence. He pulled away after a few seconds and picked me up to throw me over his shoulder.
"Put me down Em!" I chuckled.
"Oh just for that, I'm not gonna put you down. You can spend all day with me."
"When do I get to meet your pack?"I asked.
I swear he very nearly dropped me he was so surprised.
"Are you serious? Wow, I didn't think you would be okay with this whole situation for quite some time. But yes of course, I'll set up a party. I'll have Tom- oh just kidding. He won't be around much longer. I'll have my Beta Jackson set it all up. Is tonight okay?" He asked.
"Tonight? No way! I need to have time to do my hair and make-up. And I need to figure out what to wear. I didn't bring many of my clothes from my mom's house." I looked down embarrassed.
"Hey, Kitty Cat, you're beautiful. You could show up with sweat pants on and your hair in a messy bun. You could have no make-up on and I would still think you were perfect. Hell, the whole world would. You are amazing just like you are. How about I take you shopping and cheer that pretty face up?" He suggested.
"Sure, I love shopping." I replied. "Just let me change and get ready. Um, actually where is my room and the bathroom?" I asked.
"Actually you'll be staying in our room." He smiled.
My eyebrows arched up in a confused way. I had never slept in the same room with another male. He noticed my expression and seemed a little worried.
"Hey, it's okay if you're nervous. I can sleep on the couch if you really want. Yesterday when I told you no one would hurt you I meant it. My purpose in life is to love you and keep you safe. And I fully intend to do so." After he explained this I felt a little for at ease. Don't get me wrong it still seems weird. But why not give him a shot.
"Okay. Let's try it." He smiled as I agreed.
After a quick brush on my cheek he carried me bridal style all the way up the stairs and into a magnificent master bedroom. It was bigger than half of my old home. He set me down in front of a huge walk in closet. My suit case was in the corner already. I had a feeling this shopping trip was going to be great.

After Emmett unloaded the car that was stuffed full with my new wardrobe, I went to organize it in his, I mean our, closet.
He had literally bought me a whole new wardrobe. We sat in line forever debating who would pay. I didn't have any money on me but I still protested when I realized how much the total was. He won when he threatened to tickle me. So in return, I promised to make him a sandwich when we got back.
So that's what I'm doing. I put the ingredients away and brought the sandwich up to our room. I had made Emmett give me a tour of the pack house. It was amazing. There was a pool, in and outdoor, fitness center, game room, two kitchens, three living rooms, a theater, and a ton of bedrooms.
I pushed open the bedroom door and gave Emmett his deluxe sandwich. It was a rather large sandwich. Werewolves did eat quite a bit.
He was laying in bed when I walked in. I handed him the sandwich and got up on the bed to lay next to him. I flipped through some channels on the TV while he ate his meal.
"Thanks babe that was delicious." Emmett said with a smile.
"You're welcome. But I had an ulterior motive."
"Oh yeah? Well what is it?" He asked.
"I think I want you to mark me." I said without looking at his eyes.
