I'm not doing well. I'm not okay.
I'm literally letting my anxiety disorder and hypochondria control me this week and that's not okay because Christmas is coming up and I need to chill and enjoy it.
I removed safari from my phone so I can't research all my symptoms and be convinced that I have a severe disease.
I just hope that I'll be better soon and not having a mental breakdown everyday.
