Entry 06
Over the years,
I've come to fear the night.
As the sun sets on the horizon,
we dwell on the small things
in our lives.
We fear that what we've done
isn't great enough.
Isn't big enough.
We begin to question
just what we really are.
As the sun hides from the moon,
we hide from our pasts.
But eventually it will catch up to us.
And just like the stars
twinkling amid the darkness,
our tears would paint
a picture during these
silver nights.
