How many times?
You had lost track ,him coming over Acting rude,not hugging you,or kissing you,complimenting you , or asking how you were doing. It all seemed to change Noah had become rude and distant and you weren't a fool something had to happen for him to act this way,but you weren't a dumb childish girl who jumped to conclusions.
Although you wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on you had to admit so many different scenarios were going threw your head.
You invited Noah Over to get to the bottom of this situation before it all fell apart and left you both torn and broken inside, because in all honesty you loved Noah and you hoped he returned these feelings for you.
You were sitting on your couch in a daze while playing with your fingers, your thoughts all jumbled all while looking at a blank wall. You were knocked out of your daze but a sudden jiggle of your front door handle,soon the door opened to reveal Noah. He walked right passed you and sat down on the other side of you not a word was said.
You stared at him and finally caught you staring. He did a double take
"What?" He said.
"No hi?" You said upset.
"Oh my bad wassup" he said looking away.
"I need to ask you something and I need you to answer in complete honesty"you said.
"Ok" he shrugged nonchalantly.
You rolled your eyes and breathed "give me strength not to clothes line his ass over this couch" you said in you head.
"What's wrong with you,your not the same, you don't hug nor kiss me or ask how I've been your not cheerful anymore Noah what's going on?" You said.
"I'm cool" he shrugged
"Oh really?" You asked and he nodded.
You scoffed "your lying, now tell me what's wrong" you gritted your teeth and hit him with a couch pillow.
He huffed "MAN I SAID NOTHING DAMN!" he yelled at you, that had never happened you were shocked but you were gonna let him get away with it.
"BOY WATCH HE RAISE YOUR VOICE AT,YOU MUST NOT WANT YOUR TONSILS" You yelled back.
Noah got up and mumbled a
"Man Whatever"
You followed him.
"Tell me what I did, what's wrong, what'd I do?" You asked, your voice was shaking.
He turned towards you "you didn't do anything" he said.
"Then who did do something ,Noah tell me what's wrong so we can fix it" you said walking closer.
"Oh my fucking god, WE CAN'T FIX IT ,WE CAN'T FIX MY MISTAKE" He yelled startling you.
He breathed and ran both his hands down his face, now you were confused what did he do?
"W-what'd you do Noah" you whispered scared of what he would say next.
He mumbled something that you couldn't make out.
"What?" You said.
"I CHEATED!" he yelled scaring you once again.
You were lost for words and your heart dropped, you gave him your heart, you were Faithful to him, you poured your heart out to him,this is what you got in return.
"With who?"you whispered through tears. He didn't answer, you were done being calm.
"I SAID WHO WAS SHE?!!!" You yelled this time he got scared.
"With Jackie" he mumbled

You laughed bitterly "with Jackie huh? I kinda figured that if cheating was the reason that you were acting this way that she was apart of it,but I brushed it off"
"I'm so sorry Theresa baby I love you" he walked closer to you.
"M-m back the fuck up.....how many times and don't lie?"
"Theresa I-" you cut him off.
"Noah.........tell me,NOW!" You yelled.
"Only once I swear" he said.
You shook your head and chuckled walking back towards your living room.
"Babe please it was only once and I promise never ever ever again will it happen" he promised.
"Get the fuck out" you said with your hand on the from door nob.
"What?" He asked on the brink of tears.
"Exit my property" you gritted.
"No please Theresa I love you I promise-" you cut him off once again
"DO IT LOOK LIKE I CARE?!?!! You didn't care about me when you cheated why the hell would I care about you begging?" you said
He was on his knees full blown crying and you didn't noticed until you looked down.
"Please baby please just give me another Chance ,I'll shout to the world I'm an idiot ,I'll cut every girl I've ever known off for you,I'll do anything just please don't do this,you were distant from me so I didn't know what to do, she comforted me and she leaned in and kissed me I kissed back and it went on for like 5 minutes but nothing else and I didn't know how to tell you so I became distant" Noah explained through tears.
You looked down at him....woah he never acted like this with a girl so you must've had a real hold on him or something.
While looking at Noah who had finally showed emotion after weeks you thought about the a year and half you had beat the statistics, you lasted longer than six months you had outlived most of your friends relationships and he made you happy, but cheating is one thing that could make every good thing fade away into thin air.
So were you gonna take him back or try and beat the odds.
You know that Noah was the only boy who made you tingle and glow inside and out,this was the only thing he'd ever done to hurt you, and everyone makes mistakes but big ones like this were hard to forgive,so would you work through this with Noah or drop him like he was nothing to you?
You couldn't drop him like he was nothing because he was your everything.
You bent down and he was whimpering you out a hand on his shoulder and he looked up at you like sad puppy and it broke you a little to see him like that.
"Please don't say its over" his voice broke.
You took a while but you took a deep breath and said "it almost was,but t decided against it,Noah you hurt me to the core,I can't believe you did this, but I believe you won't do it again, and whatever you saw in her for those five minutes I don't know, but this better not happen again, the only reason I am keeping you is because this is the first thing you've done to hurt me,you are my light and I can't see myself without you right now, but if you Ever do this again its done and there is no coming back from it do you understand me?!" You said.
"Yes ,yes I promise never ever EVER again thank you so much Theresa I love you so much" he hugged you and it took you a minute to hug back but you did,you weren't ready to give him up just yet and something tells you that you wouldn't regret it.
You let him go "I love you too........... block that bitch, delete her, tell her you don't fuck with her no more, dead serious say I'm petty but I don't care I deserve to be petty at the moment" you said getting up and leaving him on the floor.
"I got a lot of making up to do don't I?" He said looking towards you.
"Oh hell yeah I should've got your ass crying on your knees on video" you sassed "I could've humiliated you" you finished.
"You wouldn't do that right Theresa?" He said getting up.
You kept walking.
"BABY FOR REAL YOU WOULD?!?!" He asked still no answer.
"Shit" he mumbled "baby , Theresa I'll get you some edible arrangements for a starter on my forgiveness" he said coming towards you.
You guys were going to beat the odds and be together and not let this small bump get in your way
