He spent several days waiting in this cold room of hospital. It hurted to see the person who he most loved was there, in a bed of hospital, closed in any absurd dream and without returning to the reality.
And this reality was the one that they all saw. Philip was not separating since that day in which he took him between tears to that hospital. The poor boy was desesperated, the tears were falling down for hi face too fast and he could only could repeat :
" Lukas, wake up... "
Many persons had tried for Philip to come back home, to rest his body, but he refused strongly. It was his duty to be next to his boyfriend. It was starting to sound well to say it, though nobody really knew about their relationship, though many started suspecting.
But this day was different from others. In one of many hours for Phil to wait, something changed. That hand which was cold since several days started moving, as well as the eyelashes which started moving too. A wave of hope started to raise and he could only say:
"Lukas...?"
And that one looked up slowly, a look of tiredness and muscular pain after so many days, but there it was. That look Philip wanted to see, and admired as those lips he loved to kiss so much began to murmur.
"Philip ...?"
He did not give him a chance to finish before throwing herself into his arms and giving him the hug she wanted to give him since he found him unconscious. Unintentionally, both boys began to cry, although both for different reasons.
Phil, for the fear he had felt in thinking that the person he loved most in his life could have died, and Lukas because of the pain he felt in thinking about it, the fear of dying and never again being with the person which who have felt the most since he was born.
