Niall's P.O.V
"Wake up. I'm sorry, it's 8:50." Debby whispers, gently shaking us both awake.
"I'll be back in 5 minutes." Debby says then leaves the room.
"Baby, wake up." I nudge Alex softly. I don't her to leave. I'm surprised she hasn't said anything about me calling her baby. I called her that earlier and it seemed calm her down.
She looks so peaceful when she's sleeping, but she wakes up stretching her arms out, making that cat noise again.
Alex gets her phone off of the charger and goes to grab her large purse, searching through it. I have the keys in my hand. She left them on the floor earlier during her moment whenever she kept trying to punch the nurses.
"I was looking for those." She smiles, coming over to me. She reaches for them and I pull them back.
"Stay awake whenever you drive. I know you're still tired." I tell her.
"I will." She puts her hand up to grab onto the keys, while I still keep my grip on them. I pull the keys towards me, making Alex come closer to me.
I stare at her lips then back to her eyes and she smashes her lips to mine, standing between my legs that hangover the bed. My hand goes to hold her cheek gently as we kiss.
"Okay, it's 9, Miss Alex." Debby comes in and we keep our lips pressed together.
"Helloo," Debby says as if we don't hear her. I know Alex hears her because she's smiling.
"You have 10 seconds." Debby snaps.
We pull out of the kiss and I remind her to get here early so I can leave, she nods her head. I kiss her nose and she scrunches her face all cute.
"Goodnight, Bunny." She grins at me then kisses me one more time, then she leaves.

I slept on the pillow that Alex had slept on earlier because it smells like her. A light was flicked on in my room and I groan.
"Come on, Horan." A different nurse says, walking back out. Debby must not be in this early. I take off the stupid gown and put my jeans on, my shoes and I put my shirt on, going into the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. The numbing medicine still floats through my veins as I put my beanie on top of my bed head.
The elevator stops at the main entrance and I walk to the receptionist, she points me over to the sleepy girl in fuzzy pajama pants with a matching top, boots, and my jacket. As I walk over to Alex who is sleeping in the waiting chair, I notice how messy her hair is. It looks like she literally rolled out bed and came here, but I don't care.
"Alex," I crouch down to her level as she lightly breathes, laying in the chair. "Wake up, Bunny." I wiggle her bun on top of her hair and she blinks her eyes open slowly, rubbing them.
"You're here!" Alex exclaims groggily and wraps her arms around, while she still is laid down in the chair. I stand up with her still holding onto my neck, my arms hold her to my body as we leave the building.
"I'm so happy you're out," She kisses my cheek and goes back over my shoulder. I'm roaming this parking lot and I don't even know where she parked the car.
"It's the third one on row C7." She says.
We get to the car and I take the keys from her slowly, smirking at her. I know she'd probably want to drive, but she looks exhausted and I missed driving my car.
Once we get on the road, she turns the radio on lowly and lays down. Whatever song this is, it's making me sleepy. It's all slow and soft sounding.
"Alex, this song is putting me to sleep."
She reaches her hand up to turn the station, while she lays her head down on the console. Her eyes slowly shut and I continue to drive.
I pull into her dorm parking lot and rest my head on the steering wheel. I just need to lay in an actual bed and have Alex sleeping next to me.. even though she talks in her sleep, I still want her to cuddle into my chest and fall asleep.
We get out of the car and Alex stumbles because she's so tired. I grab her key from her and unlock the room. I kick off my shoes at the front door, a hand grabs my finger and drags me away from the door.
Alex takes off my jacket that she had on and sets it on the back of her desk chair, climbing into bed and tugs me by my shirt to quicken my pace at joining her in the bed.
I reach down, pulling the covers over our bodies and Alex cuddles into my body like she usually does. I like her being as close as possible to me while we sleep, until she starts talking, then I flip her over and cuddle her from behind, so I won't have to hear her random sentences.
"I missed you." Alex mumbles against my shirt covered chest.
"I missed my bunny too." I chuckle whenever her hand lightly hits my stomach slightly.
I wrap my arms around her tighter to bring her into my body more, and she places her leg between mine then snatches it back.
"Take them off." She mumbles lowly against my chest.
I get out of the bed, taking my pants and shirt off, then sliding back under the sheets. Her hand feels my chest and hums, cuddling her body against my skin as we fall asleep.
