Lonely: the overwhelming feeling of the walls closing in, mixed with knowing that not one single individual is available to prevent the walls from attacking. After the walls make a mockery, the brain is left to its own devices. The brain is a twisted sort of fellow, one who intentionally provides moments where the brain's inhabitor is completely, and truly, alone.
