in the summer, we chew on pomegranate seeds with raspberry & elderflower champagne on our lips as we run through blushing fields of lace lilacs and daffodils under a pink cotton candy sky that sticks to our fingers like warm honey.
sometimes we swallow the sun and soak our jeans in rosewater when the air is hot and sticky like old butterscotch bonbons and caramel drops.
