Hisa is Hinata's twin sister who was born blind. So even though she is the oldest, she is not the heir. She has been secretly training and is stronger than her own father but no one knows. She is easy to miss in the Academy. She lives in the shadow of not only Hanako but also Hinata. She lives with an elderly Hyuga couple instead of with her father.
