Ignoring or running away from problems is not a solution. Try to face what comes in your way. If you lose once doesn't mean it's the end. You can get up stronger and win. Trial and error will help you out and lead you somewhere in life and help you achieve your goals. So, never feel too low because it will just try to break you down and never feel too high either because both are dangerous and will destroy you.
