*Tori’s P.O.V*
'Where the flip have you been?' I said sort of pissed off because he didn't get back to me.
'Soz babe, a lot has happened-'
'So that means you can't call, na?' I said cutting him off.
'Babe I said I'm sorry,' he pleaded.
'Whatever,' I said rolling my eyes. He leaned in to kiss me and I peaked him on the check. Ha, he feels like shit.
'So care to explain why you didn't come home last night and why you haven't called,' I said.
'Okay, but you gotta come my mum’s house first,' he said pushing me towards the door.
**
'MUM ME AND TORI ARE HERE!' Ty shouted to his mum who I assumed was upstairs. She soon enough came done with a Ty look alike. She smiled at me and gave me a hug.
'Nice to see you hunny,' she said glancing at my large stomach. I grinning and stroked my belly.
'So I guess your Tori, Rita's daughter,' Ty's look alike said.
'And you are?' I said giving him a questioning look.
'My dad,' Ty said before the guy even got a chance to open his mouth. My eyes widened and I suddenly felt...jealous.
'And you never mentioned this to me because,' I said slowly losing my temper.
'I only found out yesterday,' Ty said in defense.
'You could have call!' I said angrily.
'I'm sorry,' he said in shock.
'Whatever,' I said then I noticed Ty's mum and ‘dad’ watching us in shock. I couldn't help but bow my head in embarrassment.
'Upstairs now,' Ty said and I followed him. We entered his room and he gently closed the door.
'What is your problem,' he asked.
'I don't know, you should have called,' I said in a small voice.
'Come on me and you both know this has nothing to do with me not calling,' he said.
'Just leave it okay, I'm sorry,' I said.
'We'll talk about this later yeah,' he said walking out.
*FLASHBACK TO WHEN SHE WAS SEVEN*
‘Mummy, why don’t I have a daddy like Ashley?’ I said after we came back from school. She stopped and looked at me with tearful eyes. I was so confused.
‘Daddy…umm…daddy left mummy when she was going to have you as a baby,’ she choked out and I could feel the pain in her voice and it hurt me.
‘Daddy left because of me?’ I asked.
‘No bebé (baby) I don’t know why he left,’ she cried ‘Do you want a daddy cause we can get a new one?’
‘No mummy I don’t want a daddy, they are stupid and the just leave for no reason,’ I said angrily and stormed off into my room.
She ran after me and said ‘Tori don’t be mad.’
‘No mummy I’m not mad, I’m fine,’ but that only made a few tears trickled down my rosy red cheeks.
‘I’m so sorry,’ mum said picking me up and sitting me on her lap.
‘I hate him! I never want to see him ever! He’s a dead man,’ I cried and buried my head into her chest.
The next day she tried to talk to me about it a little bit more but I refused to say anything about the matter it was settled, my dad was dead.
**
I walked out the room and bumped into Ty’s dad. He almost knocked me over but he caught me as I was losing me balance.
‘Watch where you going,’ he smirked at me. I frowned at him and walked off.
‘Just like your mother,’ he said making me stop which he took that as an opportunity to carry on talking.
‘She never really liked me, it must run in your blood but you see me and your father were best friends,’ he said. I turned around to face him and he was looking right at me. He said my father, I didn’t have a father!
‘I don’t have a father,’ I snapped at him and his face lit up.
‘Oh really, did your mum teach you that,’ he said with an amused tone.
‘No I taught myself that,’ I said.
‘Alright go home right now and you’ll see,’ he said smugly and walked into the toilet leaving me standing there in a gaze. What did he mean by ‘go home now and you’ll see’?
I put on some shoes and walked out of the house. I walked over to my mum’s house and from outside I could hear screaming and crying. My heart pounded in my chest as I brought my hands to the door and knocked on it. The noise suddenly stopped and a few seconds later the door was opened by a teary eyed mum. She looked shocked to see me even though I was there less than twenty minutes ago.
‘What’s going on?’ I said. She didn’t answer me she just carried on looking at me. I pushed past her and walked inside the house. There was a shattered plant pot scattered over the chocolate brown carpet and a man sitting in the living room.
‘Who is he?’ I asked turning back to mum but she didn’t reply, she just closed the door and lead me into the living room. The guy looked up and his eyes were also tearful. He was a chocolate brown color and had really short curly hair. I stood there waiting for someone to say something as his brown eyes scanned my face.
‘Andrew say something,’ mum said sternly.
'I'm your dad,' the guy said.
'Yeah I and I'm the Queen of England,' I said back rudely.
'Tori,' mum said trying to hide the sadness in her voice but it just wasn't working.
'I came back to change things, start anew,' the guy who claimed to be my dad said.
'Mum where did you get this clown from cause it's not funny, my dad is dead,' I said looking him straight in the eye when I said the last bit.
'You told her I was dead,' the guy asked mum and you could hear the hurt in his voice.
'No she told herself you was dead cause her dad was never there,' mum said with hurt also in her voice. 'Tee I'm so sorry,' the guy said bowing down him head.
'SORRY FOR WHAT?!' I shouted making them both flinch. 'YOU CAN'T JUST WALK IN HER AND TELL ME YOUR MY DAD AFTER 19 YEARS WITHOUT HAVING ONE, YOU HAVE TO BE SHITTING ME! I screamed at the both of them.
'Tee just listen,' the guy said.
'It's Tori,' I spat.
'Okay Tori, I was 15? and being a father was just too much of a responsibly for me so like any other kid I ran away from my problems,' the guy said.
'I don't believe you have to guts to sit there and say that bull shit to me,' I said angrily 'you left my mum to take care of me alone for 19 years and now I'm an grown adult you want to be in my life, well sorry you can't just walk in and out of my life as you please, so you can just leave,' I spat.
'Tee-'
'TORI' I shouted.
'Tori, you have to find it somewhere in your heart to forgive me for the love of God, I'm your father,' he said.
'My father who hasn't been there for the past 19 YEARS OF MY LIFE,' I said.
'At least I cared enough to try and put things right,' he said.
'Well you can't so just fuck off!' I said.
'Will the both of you just quit it,' mum shouted making us shut up
'Tee I know your angry but try to give him a chance.'
'No mum, I'm sorry but no I want nothing to do with him.'
'Okay sweetie, that's your choice and I support you all the way.’
'What the hell! I came all the way here to make things up to the both of you and I'm not leaving,' he said angrily. Mum's eyes narrowed and she went up to him and slapped him. He stood up and raised his hands and before he could move it I shouted 'touch my mum and God knows you won't walk out here alive.' He looked at me in shock and then his eyes glanced down to my tummy.
'You’re pregnant,' he said in shock.
'Yep surprised you haven't noticed,' I smiled stroking my belly.
'You’re 15 and pregnant just like your mum,' he said with sadness laced in his voice.
'I'm 19 for your information,' I spat.
'So who's the dad or wait you don't know who the dad is cause you've been roaming around with your legs open,' the guy spat at me and I flinched. He can't be my dad, if he was why would he say that. I felt tears well up in my eyes.
'She does know who the father and unlike you the father stayed and owned up to his responsibly like a man,' Ty spat at the guy. He then came behind me and I leaned into him.
'How did you get in,' I whispered to him.
'The door wasn't locked,' he said.
'You know what get the fuck out my house Andrew! How dare you talk to my daughter like that?' Mum shouted. The guy got up and started walking towards mum who was slowly taking steps backwards. He pinned her against the wall and crashed his lips into hers. Me and Ty watched with wide eyes as mum kissed him back.
'Come let's leave them to it,' Ty said leading me out the house.
'Take me home,' I said to him.
'So I don't even get a please?' he said screwing. I kissed him on the lips and he smirked.
'Better,' I said and he nodded. I rolled my eyes and he helped me in and then got into the driver’s seat. The baby began to kick and I gasped.
'What?' Ty said turning white.
'Your baby wants to say hi,' I said grabbing his hand and placing it on my belly. After a few seconds the baby kicked and he smiled. My phone rang and I picked up.
'Hey b it's Imani,'
'You 'right babe,'
'Yeah I'm good, me and Kai's at yours so hurry home and bring some of dat chocolate cake,'
'Alright and boy do I got news for you,'
'Tell me now,'
'Naa babe seeyah in ten,' I said the cut the line. The drive home was quite and no one said anything. As we were pulling up at the house Ty stopped the engine and we just sat there in silence.
'You know I would never leave you,' he said softly it was almost a whisper.
'I know baby,' I said breaking down into tears in memory of what my father said.
'Shh...babe don't cry...remember I got your back,' he said kissing me on the cheek. I got out and left him to park the car.
**
'Eww mummy,' Kai said running into Imani's arms 'Tee wet herself. My eyes widened with shock as I realized.
'AHH! MY WATER JUST BROKE!!' I screamed. I didn't know what to do I just panicked. At that very point in time came a contraction.
'AHHHHH!' I screamed out in pain. Imani froze.
'Imani do something!' I shouted. That seemed to snap her out of her little trance and she replied 'so that's how I looked when I was having a baby...' The door unlocked and Ty walked in.
'TY! GET THE FUCKING BABY BAG AND TAKE ME TO THE CAR!!' I screamed. He look at me and then at the puddle on the floor.
'HOLY SH-' he said disappearing behind my bedroom door. Imani grabbed the car key and helped me into the car. Kai looked confused but didn't utter a word. Ty ran up to the car with the baby bag and drove off. He looked so scared. I laughed and he looked back.
'What?' He asked.
'Calm down, you look like your shiting bricks,' I laughed.
'Maybe that's because I am,' he said dead serious and I laughed again.
**
*Ty's P.O.V*
*five hours later*
'Have I ever told you how much I love you?' I said trying to calm her down.
'AHHH!! NOT...HELPING!!' She said in-between breaths. I chuckled and she gave me a death glare. I kissed her sweaty forehead and whispered 'in a couple of minutes will have our son in our hands, and we will truly be a happy family.' She looked up at me with tearful eyes and kissed me gently. The doctor came in and said the word I'd been waiting to hear all night. 'LET's GET THIS BABY OUT!'
'One...two...three...PUSH!' He shouted.
'ARRRGH!!!!' she screamed crushing my hand in the palm of her hands.
*1 hour and 15 minutes later*
'One last push,' the doctor said 'one...two...three...PUSH!' The first thing I heard was the babies crying. Alarms where ticking, nurses where running everywhere, one took my son or daughter another hooked a wire to Tori. I look at her confused just to see she had her eyes closed. I told myself she was sleeping. She had lost all her color and the sheets where stained with blood. 'Wh-what's going on?' I stuttered. 'Calm down, she's just lost a lot of blood,' the doctor said.
'You can take some of mine like the last time,' I suggested but he shook his head. There was a long beep and everyone stopped. Why where they stopping? They should have been trying to save her...but...it was too late. The doctor shook his head and said she's gone. My whole world collapsed around me. I ran to her bed side and shook her. 'Oii, Tee wake up. This guy trynna tell me you dead. Wake up and show him you aint,' I said refusing to accept the fact that she left me. 'Look, if you wake up, I'll take you McD's,' I said but it was no use. One of the nurses dragged me out of the room. I broke down and cried.
*Play song 'Skinny Love'*
How could she do this to me? Bring into this world a bundle of joy and then just leave. My heart was shatter. Imani came running to my side and picked me up from the floor where I had thrown myself.
'Ty get up people are watching you,' she said.
'I-I don't give a SHIT,' I cried angrily.
'What's going on Tyson?' She asked in shock.
'She left me, mani, she left us,' I cried and it took a few moments for it to sink in.
'What? Ty stop chattin' out your batty,' she said shaking slightly.
'Why would I lie about something like that?' I cried bitterly. She sat down beside me and rested her head on my chest. She did make a sound but my t-shirt was slowly getting soaked.
'Why would she do this?' She whispered. There was a few minutes of silence. I called her mum but she didn't pick. I called my mum she didn't pick. I called Charlotte she wasn't picking ether. I cried out in frustration. Imani held my hand and squeezed it genially.
'Baby you have to be strong for the kid.'
'My baby,' I said jumping up from the floor. I quickly found a nurse.
'My baby,' I cried. For some reason the tears wouldn't stop falling.
'You must be Tori Aberquero's husband,' she said with sympathy laced in her voice. I nodded as more tears slide down my face. She led me into an area where there was a big glass window and you could see loads of babies in cots. All of the babies were sleeping apart from one who was red in the face screaming it's lungs out. The nurse entered the room and tip toed around all the cots until she came to the screaming baby. She looked at me then picked it up. All I could think was 'that was my baby'. She came out of the room holding the baby who was still crying. All I could do was watch in awe. She then handed me the baby and put my hands into the right position so I was supporting the head. I looked down at my little baby. It had stopped crying and snuggled up to me. It had Tori's big brown eyes and her full lips but it had my nose. The nurse asked if she could take a picture and I nodded. I handed her my phone as she took the picture then she left.
**
Silence,
But not the good type,
Crying.
Only with no tears,
Drowning,
Literally soaked in my own blood,
Fighting,
I'm trying my best to hold on,
Darkness,
I can't see no light,
Am I alive?

Not gonna lie I cried a bit righting this chapter it hurt to kill of the main character.
