Paranoia

Answering of the phone.

My cellphone rings, chills and rapid heartbeats full my modem. Tragically, there's was no recognition, which  throws me in the abyss of nervousness. Fearing not knowing of who or what could be on the other end. Drowning in fear I answered,......................" Hola, Buenos tardes."
But nothing, moments past. What felt like hours of time shoving me further to hopelessness to what sounds like a slow quiet breathing. Every seconds felt like hours, I slowly reached for the end and hung up.
