Superimpose:
Step 1: Open up a white background, then your PNG. Make the PNG black and white by turning the saturation down. Place the PNG at the top of the page, or until it's where you want it. Then hit merge.
Step 2: Open up the image down below.
Then, mask out the white background using the magic wand. Place it as desired on your PNG.
Here is the finished product!
Picsart:
Step 1: Open up a white 2:3 background and your PNG. If it isn't already black and white, then add a filter on it. The filters on picsart aren't that good, so I recommend polarr. Place the image as desired, then hit apply.
Step 2: open up the image below.
Step 3: Mask out all the black, or make it into a PNG however you know how to. Then place it as desired. Hit apply.
