"WHERE IS SHE!?" I watched from the shadows of a bush before taking a few steps back,running through the woods as fast as I could so he would not catch up to me. There in the distance had been a small cottage. Only a few more steps and I could make it. I had to make it. I could not let him find me.
"Help please" I called to the woman, fixing the light on her porch. "Please ma'am, they are trying to kill me." I cried out as I placed a hand on my scratched up side.
The woman stared at me in shock, unable to move. I was afraid she would pass out before I could even get any help for my self. Losing all this blood was not a good thing. Finally she began moving, quickly walking over to help me up to go inside of her little dimly lit cottage.
I couldn't tell where I was going. All I knew was I was running for my life. I was in a new state with no one around that I knew.
