CHAPTER SEVENTEEN
Kyuhyun's POV
"They said that they love me, but they didn't. They all betrayed me. Now, nobody loves me." Reika said while crying really hard. I suddenly felt pity for her.
Whenever I see girls who were craving for love on dramas and movies, I tend to be irritated and say, 'Stupid! You do not beg for love. You just wait for someone to give it back to you.' But whenever I see Reika crying, it makes me feel pity for her. That for someone like her, love isn't something she needs to beg for, she deserves to receive it.
"Sssshhhh. Don't say that. There are a lot of people who loves you. Your members are there. Super Junior is there. Even the GALS are there. They all love you." I tried my best to speak with full of encouragement. I don't want her to lose hope or something. For me, she does not deserve to be like this, so I did all my best to comfort her.
She suddenly moved, so I looked at her. And she was actually looking at me. And God! I just realized how pretty she is. Her beautiful tantalizing eyes, which glimmers because of her tears. Her stiff nose. And her beautifully shaped lips, which looks like telling guys that she deserves to be kissed passionately and whole-heartedly. It's just then that I realized how true their fans say about her, of being like an angel sent from heaven. And now, looking at the angel's eyes, I'm starting to drown at her deep stare.
"Oppa. Can it be you?" she suddenly said. "Can you be the one who'll love me? Can you love me?"
With that lovely voice and that beautiful face, how can a man like me even resist? With that wonderful lips, who would not attempt to kiss her?
And before I knew it, I just suddenly felt my lips touching hers. What a soft, tender lips! Who would not want to kiss this?
Suddenly, I felt a liquid running through my nose. Wait. Is she crying? I don't want to make her cry.
Then, suddenly, I felt myself deepening the kiss. Soft but very passionate. I feel like drowning through her lips, I couldn't resist myself. Deeper and deeper I get into her. And I can even feel how she answers my kisses. I want to make her feel that she's not alone, and that she deserves to be loved.
When I parted my lips from hers, we were both catching our breaths. Then, I looked at her. I saw a glow in her eyes, like her eyes were smiling.
"Saranghaeyo, Kyuhyun oppa." (I love you, Kyuhyun oppa.) she said smiling. I saw a different glow in her eyes. A glow I haven't seen from the previous girls I've dated.
And I couldn't resist myself again, that's why I gave her another deep and passionate kiss. A kiss saying that I'm ready to give all the love that she needs. And she was again, answering my kisses. A kiss so deep that I had laid her down the bed. I continued kissing her and she continued kissing me back. We have fallen to each other's kisses.
I was about to unbutton her shirt when I snapped out of my thoughts. What are you doing, Jo Kyu Hyun? Are you taking the situation for granted?
I stopped kissing her and looked at her. She was lying down the bed, wrapping her arms around my neck, while I was above her, and were kissing passionately as if we were a couple. But we're not. And I'm not even dating her, nor am I courting her. But what are we doing? What am I doing? Really, am I not taking advantage of the situation?
She suddenly hugged me. "Kyuhyun oppa, please stay beside me. Please don't leave me, okay? I really love you."
I don't even know if what she says is true or she has just said that because she's drunk, and depressed. I don't even know if that 'I Love You' is really for me or not. Though she clearly said my name, I don't know if that is enough for me to believe that it's really for me, or she just said my name because she knew I was here beside her.
When I parted myself from her, I saw that she was already sleeping. She must have got tired for the whole day. I laid her down properly and turned on the air conditioner into the fan mode. I kissed her on her forehead before I left her there.
As I got out of the room, Mimi went to me.
"How is she? Is she okay?"
"She's fine. She's sleeping now." I answered.
"Hooo!" she let out a big sigh. "Good to hear."
I saw Haruka-sshi sitting on one corner. She looked like really upset.
"Can I talk to you?" I asked her as I went to her.
"What have she told you?" she then asked me.
"Well, nothing in particular. But she kept on saying that she was betrayed. And she feels so alone." I answered.
She let out a sigh before we both went to the veranda. The members might have felt that we need to talk privately for they just let us out.
"I know, I'm not in the position to ask for this, but I know that somehow, I'm already involved here, after what I saw." I started.
"Yeah, I guess." Haruka-sshi said. "It's all my fault. And I know how hard this is for Reika."
Then she started to tell me everything. What really had happened. She told me that it was their father's idea of making Seth court Reika. And yeah, now I know that the victim here is none other than Reika. Though all of them has their own points, still Reika didn't deserve to be treated like that. With what I've found out, I felt more pity for her.
"She didn't deserve that." I commented.
"I know." she said with an obvious guilt on her face. "That's why I was so full of regret right now. And I couldn't blame her for hating me so much. I can't blame her on getting angry with me for I really deserved it."
Right now, I'm speechless. I can't put the blame on her, for she's not the one who initiated it.
"All my life, all I wanted was to be an ordinary person. An ordinary child and an ordinary sibling. I wanted to have the life same as to what Reika and Koichi have experienced, for I haven't experienced that in my life." she said teary eyed. I understand her. And I understand what she's going through.
"Maybe, it's now time to put aside your pride first, and then let Reika feel that she has a sister. A sister who's always there for her no matter what happens. For what she needs right now is someone whom she can count on.Someone who'd make her feel that she's not alone." I said. "Someone who truly loves her."
"Thank you so much, Kyuhyun. And whatever I told you last time we talked, I'm sorry for that."
I just smiled at her. I was about to go inside when he called me again.
"A-Kyuhyun-sshi!"
"N-Ne?" (Y-Yes?) I turned my back.
"Do you love my sister?" I was stopped by what she asked. And, as I remembered what happened a while ago, I started to be confused. But still, I managed to smile at her.
She smiled back. "Thank you for being there for her, always." I still smiled and then I went back inside.
Do I love Reika? Like what kind of question is that for me to be stopped like that? Maybe I was just confused because of what has happened. I was just brought out by the situation that's why I did that. But it wasn't my intention to take her for advantage. I wasn't taking her for granted. Really. Really? I wasn't, was I?
"Oppa!!!! Come, join us!!!" I was back to reality with Raein's voice. I then realized, she was already beside me, smiling at me. "Come on, let's play a game!" she pulled my arm and made me sit down beside her. They were sitting in a circle, and I was sitting between Raein and Mimi. And there's a bottle in the middle.
"Alright, this game is called 'Spin The Bottle'." Mimi explained. "We will make the bottle spin. And when it stopped, the one who will be pointed by the cap will be the one who will be asked or punished. Then the one who will be pointed by the bottom of the bottle will be the one to ask or punish."
"Don't worry guys, since the bottle does not retain to its last position, the cap may point the same person, but the bottom may not. Or vice versa." Raein added.
"What? That would be unfair. What if I was pointed by the cap two or three consecutive times? That' so unfair." Yesung hyung reacted.
"That's what you call 'too much luck'!" Heechul hyung said as they all laughed.
"Alright. There's another rule. If you're pointed by the cap, then you'll lose a turn to be asked or punished. Will that be fair?" Raein said and they all agreed.
"Alright, I'll be the first to spin." Piel said. "Before I spin the bottle, let me just remind you that whoever will be pointed by the bottle's bottom, he/she will ask the one pointed by the cap 'Truth or Consequence', okay?"
"Yeah. Then if the one pointed by the cap choses 'Truth', then he will ask him something that he needs to answer honestly! If he does not want to answer, he'll have to drink a shot of Soju." Raein added. "Then if 'Consequence', then he will command him any dare he wants to. Anything will do!! No killjoy, okay?"
"Anything, huh?" Eunhyuk hyung then smirked.
"Hey!! Don't be too harsh for us girls, okay?" Mimi reacted.
Then Piel started to spin the bottle. Everyone was anticipating who will be the first victim.
Then the bottle stopped. The cap pointed Heechul hyung and the bottom pointed Eunhyuk hyung.
"Alright!!! Wahahaha!" Eunhyuk laughed an evil laugh.
"Joshimhae!!" (Be careful!!) Heechul hyung warned Eunhyuk hyung.
"Haha. Truth or consequence?" Eunhyuk hyung asked Heenim.
"Ahmmm..... What would I choose? Alright. Consequence!"
"Hahaha. Alright. Lick Sungmin's foot using your tongue."
"EEEEEEWWWWW!!" the girls all reacted.
"Ya!!!" (Hey!!!) Heechul hyung shouted.
"What? No killjoy, right?" Eunhyuk hyung said.
Heechul hyung had no choice but to do it. Errr. That's so grose.
The game continued. We were all laughing with the consequences the members are giving.
Then the bottle spun again. And when it stopped, the cap pointed Raein and the bottom pointed Piel.
"Hahaha. Alright!!" Piel also laughed an evil one.
"Umayos ka!!" Raein said.
"Hey!! No alien speaking!!" Donghae hyung said.
"Alright. Truth or consequence?" Piel asked.
"Ahhhm, c-consequence?" Raein said nervously.
"Alright. Among the Super Junior members, kiss the two members you like the most on the cheeks. Your top 2 members!!" Piel said laughing.
"Aaaaiiiisssshhhh!!! Neo jinjja!!!" (Aaaaiiiisssshhhh!!! You really!!!) Raein reacted.
The members teased her more. Mimi and Piel laughed so hard.
"Oppa? Dwaesseo?" (Oppa? Could I?) she said as she faced me. She's blushing. Why do I suddenly feel nervous? I just smiled at her to hide my nervousness. She smiled awkwardly and, in an instant, she kissed my left cheek. My co-members teased us.
"That's enough." Raein said shyly.
"No!! The top 1 too!!" Piel reacted. But Raein covered her face so shyly.
"Alright!!" Sungmin hyung said as he stood up and went to Raein. "Ppoppohae!" (Kiss it!) then he showed his cheek to Raein. Raein was still shy. "Come on!!" Sungmin hyung smiled adorably. Then Raein kissed his cheek, too.
"Yeah!! How brave of you!!" Leeteuk hyung said while laughing. Raein was still shy.
"Lagot ka sa akin. 'Pag ako nakaganti. Haha." Raein said to Piel laughing.
Then she spun the bottle. When it stopped, the cap pointed Donghae hyung and the bottom pointed Siwon hyung.
"Ah!! Truth or consequence?" Siwon asked.
"Ahmm, I'll just choose 'Truth'." Donghae hyung said.
"Alright. If you will be given a chance to date any girl from those newly debuted artists in our agency, who would she be?"
Donghae hyung took the shot glass and drank it bottoms up. Then, he suddenly spoke. "It would be Mimi of 4U!!!"
All of us reacted upon hearing his answer. We thought that he didn't want to answer the question that's why he drank. But the truth is, he drank because he needed to boost his confidence upon saying it. Brave choice!!!
"Ahhh! Kyuhyun-sshi!!!" Sungmin hyung suddenly said. It was only then that I realized that the cap pointed me and the bottom pointed him. "Truth or Consequence or Both?"
"Mwo?!" (What?!) almost all of them reacted. "Why is there a both?"
Sungmin hyung just smiled. His smile challenges me. But I think somehow, I already had an idea of what he is going to do.
"Alright. Both!" I answered.
All of them were surprised upon hearing my answer.
"Woah!! Brave!!" they said.
"Alright!" Sungmin hyung said. "It is not a secret for us members that the one you like was a member of 4U, right? But of course, 4U members do not know about it.
"Oh? Jinjja? (Really?) Wow, I think I know now!!!" Raein reacted and Mimi nodded.
"So now, you better let them know who she is. Who is the 4U member that you like? Kiss her cheek." Sungmin hyung said.
"Wait, how can we know if he kissed her?" Raein said.
"I'll join him!!" Mimi volunteered.
"No, there's no need for that!" I answered. The members just smiled.
"How can we know that you won't cheat?" Raein asked.
"You'll see it with your own eyes." I answered. She smirked. Since she's just beside me, it would just be easy for me.
"Really, huh?" she said. But before she say anything more, I instantly kissed her cheek. The members screamed loudly while the girls were like saying 'Oh? Jinjja?'. Raein, on the other hand, looked at me so shocked while holding her right cheek, the one I kissed.
"What?" I said smiling. "Haven't you seen it?"
"N-Naega wae?" (W-Why me?) Raein asked, still in shock.
"Well, it's just that, it happened to be you." I just answered.
"I-I thought you---"
"Alright, I'll spin the bottle now." then I spun the bottle.

We were already preparing to leave. It was already 4 o'clock in the morning and the party was over. Some of the members who do not have a schedule tomorrow decided to stay in Sungmin hyung's unit. It was only I, Donghae hyung, Eunhyuk hyung, Siwon hyung and Yesung hyung who decided to go back to the dorm, with the 4U members. Yesung hyung carried Reika into their van.
"Kyuhyun oppa." I turned my back when I heard Raein called me. She was already behind me. "Is that true?" she asked me curiously.
"Yeah." I answered straight-forwardly.
"B-But why me? I thought it was Reika."
"Well, you got the wrong perception perhaps." I said.
"You know what, I really don't get you, oppa."
"Raein-a! What you need now is to get some rest, okay? I know you're tired."
She pouted. "I don't really get the sense why it is me."
I smiled. "Alright. Could you meet me at the lobby of SM Building later at 8pm? I'll tell you everything."
She nodded. "Alright! I'll meet you before I go home from my schedule."
Then we both parted ways. I went inside our van and sat at a seat near the window. Then, our van left. We were all quiet and resting.
But as I looked through the window, I remembered what has happened with me and Reika a while ago. It's clear to me that I like Raein, 'cause I quite got irrirated upon Sungmin hyung's reaction towards her at the game a while ago. But whenever I remember what I did, I am feeling something strange in me. I know there's something more behind that kiss. And, I would lie to myself if I say I didn't like it. I know I did. And I don't know why. To think that I almost touched her. I don't know what's going through my head.
I think I'm starting to be confused now. I don't know what I really feel right now. I don't know what am I supposed to do.
Haruka's POV
"Hello?" medyo bedroom voice pa si Koichi nang sagutin ang phone.
"We're on our way home. Kindly wait for us outside. You'll be carrying Reika inside." I said.
"Ano? Bakit? Anong nangyari kay Reika?" worried na tanong ni Koichi.
"She drunk so much, that's only why. She's fine, don't worry."
"Ah. Sige. Hihintayin ko kayo sa may gate." saka binaba ni Koichi ang phone.
Pagdating namin sa bahay, nandoon na nga si Koichi sa may gate. Pagkabukas ng pinto ng van, agad na kinuha ni Koichi si Reika para buhatin at dalhin sa kwarto niya.
"Kayong tatlo, magpahinga na rin kayo. May schedule pa kayo mamaya." sabi ko kina Elaine. Pumasok na rin sila sa loob. Pinuntahan ko muna si Reika sa kwarto niya. Inabutan kong kinukumutan na siya ni Koichi.
"Thank you dahil nandito ka." sabi ko kay Koichi.
"Siyempre. Ganun naman ang magkakapatid diba?" ngumiti siya sa akin.
"I'm sorry, Koichi. I'm sorry I've caused a lot of pain and problem in our family."
"You don't need to apologize, Ate." sagot niya. "Alam kong mahirap din naman 'yun para sa 'yo. Nagmahal rin naman ako at alam ko rin ang pakiramdam kung gaano kahirap ang hindi magawang maipaglaban 'yun. Kaya naintindihan na kita, kayo ni Seth. Masyado lang akong nagalit sa kanya noon nang nalaman kong niloko niya si Reika."
"Thank you for understanding, Koichi. I know this is hard for all of us but I really hope the time would come that Reika would understand, too."
"Darating din 'yun, Ate. Pero bago 'yun, kailangan muna ni Reika na makamove on after what had happened. When that comes, I'm sure she's ready to accept everything." napangiti naman ako sa kanya. Kahit paano, maswerte pa rin ako sa mga kapatid ko.
"By the way, I'll be going." paalam ko kay Koichi.
"Bakit hindi ka na dito magpahinga?"
"Hindi na, may mga gagawin pa ako eh. I have to go."
"Magpahinga ka naman, Ate. Masyado ka namang workaholic nyan." nakangiti niyang sabi. "Baka magkasakit ka nyan." biglang naging caring ang tono niya.
"I know. Sa condo na ako magpapahinga."
Pagkatapos magpaalam kay Koichi eh nagpahatid na ako sa driver sa condo ko. Actually, ang totoong rason kung bakit ko napiling bumalik na eh dahil may isang taong naghihintay sa akin sa condo ko. Alam nyo na.
At eto nga, nakatulog na siya sa may sofa nang nakaupo kakahintay sa akin. Sinabi ko kasing matulog na siya dahil for sure aabutin ng madaling araw ang party. Pero ang tigas ng ulo. Haish.
Umupo ako sa tabi niya at tinitigan ang mukha niya. The same old Seth I used to like and love when I was in high school. His heartthrob look still remained, the look that had made the girls drool when we were in high school. At kahit ilang taon ko nang nakuha ang puso niya, hindi ko pa rin maiwasang maamaze at magkacrush sa kanya.
Napagalaw siya nang kaunti at naalimpungatan. Nagulat siya nang makita niya ako sa tabi niya.
"Kanina ka pa ba nakauwi?" tanong niya.
"Hindi, ngayun-ngayon lang."
"Bakit 'di mo ako ginising?"
"Cause I had fun watching you sleeping." I said smiling.
"Ah, so pinagtitripan mo ako?" nagsmirk siya.
"Of course not!!" then I kissed him. "I love you."
"I love you too, Haruka." he stared at me. "You never fail to amaze me, you know that?"
"Of course!" nagkatawanan kami. Then maya-maya, hinaplos niya ang mukha ko. "You have no idea how much I've waited for this moment to happen." I said.
"Ako rin naman, eh."
Then, slowly, we began touching each other's lips. Slowly and passionately. Hanggang sa lumalim nang lumalim. I've been drowning through his kisses. How I've waited for this moment to come. Though this is not the first time we kissed like this, it makes me feel like it's the first one. First time we kissed each other without needing to hide. First time we kissed that we're not worrying about Mama and Dad. Parang unang beses na malaya naming iparamdam sa isa't-isa ang aming pagmamahal.
"I'm so happy!" Seth said as we parted our lips while catching our breaths.
"Yeah, me too. Malaya na tayo, Seth." and we kissed each other again, like we don't want to end it.
I felt that he carried me and we walked to the room while kissing each other. But I don't mind anything. That's how happy I am now. Then, he lied me to the bed while still kissing me. I just wrapped my arms around his neck while kissing him so passionately. He was above me and he started kissing my neck. I'm just letting him.
He stopped kissing me and he looked at me. "I know I made a promise, babe. But, can I break it now? I'm so longing for this moment. Can we do this now?"
Yeah, he made me a promise that he would just make love to me once we already got married.
"Please don't think that I don't respect you. I just love you so much that I couldn't imagine any other guy making the first on you!"
Natawa naman ako sa sinabi niya. Like I would let any other man to make the first on me.
"What? I'm serious." medyo inis siyang umupo sa kama. Hala parang bata. "You'll be the first on me, that's why I couldn't imagine if I wouldn't be the first on you."
Umupo naman ako. "Naku, Nathaniel, nag-eemote na naman po ang bata." asar ko sa kanya. "Do you really think that I would allow others to make the first on me?"
"No, of course not. I trust you. But I don't trust them. Especially sa industriya nyo, I don't know whom you're dealing with."
"Alright!" I said smiling. And I sitted on his lap facing to him.
"Hey, get off me. Ang panget ng posisyon mo! Ang sagwa!" natuwa naman ako upon hearing those words from Seth. He really respects me.
"No! This is what you like, right? I'm giving it to you."
"Stop! Don't make yourself like that in front of me. It's okay if we don't!"
Ngumiti ako. "Seth, I love you too so much!! And knowing that I'll be the first on you made me happy, you know why? Kasi alam kong kahit naging kayo ni Reika, you never touched her. Maybe you just kissed her."
"Of course, it's just for you."
"That's why I'm giving you permission to touch me now, Seth. I couldn't imagine giving myself to someone else, but you. I love you Seth."
He smiled and started to kiss me again. But this time, we were undressing each other. Feeling his tough body makes me wanting him more.
When we were both undressed, he started to kiss my neck, down to my chest, while caressing my whole body. I've never felt any happier like this before. He started licking my breasts while I just closed my eyes and feel his caress. He then went back on kissing my lips and then whispering my ears. "I love you so much, Haruka Miyamoto."
Then, it's my turn to let the heat out of him. His body was so hot, no woman could ever resist it. Then, I touched his.......oops!
"You're making him so mad!" Seth teased me.
Then the real fire started. I'm holding his and he's holding mine. Then I licked his and he licked mine. Ah! I really didn't imagine that bad things can feel this good.
"Ouch!" I suddenly reacted when I felt his fingers in me.
"Sorry, Babe!" then he compensated it with a soft kiss. "Are you ready?"
Then he laid me down the bed. "I'll just make your lips busy so you would feel less pain." then he kissed me aggressively. I easily got drowned with his kiss, but then I gave up when I felt something like cracked underneath me. Like something had intruded me. A big one.
"Ah! Oh my gosh, Seth!" I hugged him so tight. "Ouch!"
"I'm so sorry, babe!! But please hold on. Malapit na!!" he said. Then another pain! Feels like something was drilling a hole in me. I hugged him more tightly. I almost cried in pain.
"I love you, Haruka." then I felt his lips on my neck to my face and to my lips.
"I love you too, Seth."
Then, from being painful, it turned to more sensual feeling, that I'm starting to like it. I couldn't help myself from reacting. It just feels fantastic. He really turned the fire up on me.
"You like it?" he teased me again. I just answered him with a kiss. "Does it still hurt?"
"I don't know and I don't care now." I answered. Really. As long as it's Seth who's doing that to me, it's alright.
"I love you, Mrs. Haruka Javier!" we both laughed at that thought.
After the whole thing, we decided to just lie down the bed hugging each other, feeling each other's body under the blanket. This night, with Seth, is the happiest night of my life.
"It's already 7:30 in the morning." Seth said as he was looking at the clock. Yeah, I haven't noticed. Since the windows were closed and is covered by a dark colored curtain, I haven't noticed that it's already morning. I almost forgot that I actually went home at 5:00 in the morning. Silly me. This whole thing was so good, I almost forgot of anything that surrounds us.
"What if you get pregnant, and your Dad would get mad at me and push me away from you again?" he suddenly asked.
"I won't let that happen, Seth. I would just tell him to get us married immediately." then we both laughed. "If she would be a girl, I'll call her Cielo."
"Bakit Cielo?" tanong niya sa akin.
"Cielo means 'Heaven', and she's a God's gift from heaven." sagot ko. "At siyempre, dahil it's like heaven when we made her." we both laughed at the thought.
"Then what if his a boy?"
"Then he'll be Seth Nathaniel Javier, Jr." I answered. We both laughed again and then turned quiet for a while.
"You think we will be a good family?" tanong niya bigla.
"Of course!" I answered.
Then we turned quiet again.
"I love you, babe!" he said.
"I love you, too, babe!" I replied.
"Let's get married."
"Oh sure!" I answered jokingly.
"I'm serious!" and his voice also turned out serious.
I looked at him. He's looking to me seriously.
"I'm serious, Haruka Miyamoto. Let's get married."
I was shocked. I mean, that fast? Like, a while ago, we were just couples, then we made love and then now, he's proposing at me?
"Hey?"
"H-Ha?"
"Babe, are you paying attention?"
"I-I just don't know how would I react, I mean, hello? You're proposing like this."
"I'm sorry kung hindi ko ginawang romantic ang proposal ko tulad sa mga drama na gustung-gusto ng mga babae. Pero Haruka, I couldn't resist myself in telling you now."
"Seth."
"Please, let's get married."
