Happy Friday!

--------------------

"Tell me again why we have to wait for them at the dance?" Yang complained.

"I don't know... Maybe they don't want us to see what they look like until they get here? You know, so they can blow our minds" Ruby replied.

"That's dumb..."

"I get your point but we'll just have to deal with it won't we Yang?"

Yang rolled her eyes knowing her sister was right.

They both just sat at one of the tables, patiently waiting for their dates to arrive the dance. It was a good thing that the DJ was playing upbeat music or else they would have been bored out of their minds.

Yang tapped her foot to the beat of the song that was playing. It was a song that she knew quite well since she has done some choreography for it back then. Though, she wasn't in the mood to dance since she had lost the spark long ago. M83 and Troye Sivan had good music and she loved the tracks of Midnight City and Happy Little Pill mashed together. The fact that, that was what song was being currently played made her happy.

I guess we will be listening to good music

The mix slowly started to go back to the normal track of Midnight City.

Yang suddenly felt someone grab her arm. When she looked to see who it was it turned out to be Ruby who was smiling at her. She pulled her towards the dance floor as she began to casually dance. Yang just stared at her little sister confusingly wondering why she brought her here.

"This is one of your favorite songs! At least dance to it a little!" Ruby shouted over the loud music.

Yang shook her head.

"I'm not dancing Ruby" she simply said, loudly.

Ruby glared at her but then her eyes widened.

Yang took note of this.

"What?"

Ruby didn't respond, she kept looking past Yang with wide eyes.

"What are you loo- " Yang paused mid-sentence as she looked to where Ruby was looking.

Yang felt like her heart stopped beating from what she saw.

There, by the doors stood Cynthia, Emily, Weiss, and Blake.

Ruby looked at Weiss in awe.

Weiss looked absolutely beautiful to Ruby! The dress, her hair, everything! She was at a loss for words.

Yang on the other hand literally stopped breathing. Blake looked stunning! She was wearing a purple dress that was bedazzled white on the top of the dress. It was somewhat similar to Weiss's but had a different design and was slightly longer.

My god... She looks so... So...

As the four girls walked up to them Emily and Cynthia giggled at the looks Yang and Ruby were making.

Weiss and Blake both began to blush as they approached Yang and Ruby. They just looked at each other, admiring one another.

Weiss couldn't help but bite her bottom lip as she looked Ruby up and down. The way Ruby looked and wore the outfit was a turn on to Weiss. She never thought Ruby would look so good in a Black Vest, Black Tie, Red Shirt, and Black Pants.

She looks so good in that! Why is this turning me on so much?

Weiss grinned as she leaned in and got closer to Ruby.

"Looks like you will be getting that reward" she said in Ruby's ear.

Ruby went stiff as she began to blush furiously.

Yang was struggling to find words to say to Blake. She could not get over how perfect Blake look right now.

"Wow, Blake. You look so good that Yang can even think of what to say" Cynthia grinned.

The Bumbleby duo blushed.

Yang was about to say something until the DJ spoke on the microphone and turned down the music.

"Hey Beacon Students how ya'll doing tonight?!" he yelled.

Students replied by cheering loudly.

"My name is DJ Deadbear from Dance Club Junior and I am going to be your host for the rest of the night!"

More cheers came from the crowd.

"Now I hope ya'll will have fun tonight! If you have any requests I have a clipboard here that you can write on. Every two songs or so I will check the clipboard for any requests. If the song is crossed off that means that I have it on the list on my handy equipment here and it will be played eventually. Now! Without further ado let's get this party start!" He yelled as he turned up the music.

Students cheered and roared as the DJ played one of Maroon 5's new songs "Don't Wanna Know".

"Oh, I love this song!" squealed Emily as she began to dance to the beat of the music.

"I never heard this one" Cynthia said but began to join Emily.

Weiss and Ruby joined as well and soon Blake did too.

Yang was the only one who wasn't dancing. She just stood there watching her friends and date have fun.

Cynthia frowned when she noticed that Yang wasn't joining in.

"Come on Yang! You need to dance!" she yelled over the music.

Yang shook her head, refusing.

Cynthia tried to make an attempt to grab Yang but Yang moved so she couldn't. Cynthia rolled her eyes and glared at her.

But Yang didn't care.

~ Song slowly turns/fades into Starboy by The Weeknd Ft. Daft Punk ~

Yang stared at Blake as she danced. The way her body moved made her feel hot.

Just watching her made her heart flutter.

Yang noticed that when she was staring at Blake that she was nodding her head to the music. She stopped immediately as she realized this knowing that if they caught her then they would definitely do anything they could to get her to dance.

But it was too late.

Cynthia caught her red handed and grinned widely.

Yang just looked away and gritted her teeth.

Ruby saw this as well and looked at Cynthia and pointed towards Blake. Cynthia smiled and nodded at Ruby and she nodded back. She told Weiss that she would be back and went to Blake. She gestured her to follow her and Blake nodded. But as she began to leave she felt a grip on her shoulder.

"Where are you going?" Yang asked.

"Bathroom" Ruby said so Blake wouldn't have to come up with an excuse.

Yang raised her brow.

"Ruby they aren't gonna let you in the girl's bathroom. Just like me they also classify you as a guy as well remember?"

Ruby stiffened when she said that.

She had forgotten.

"I'll go with her then so she won't be alone" Cynthia said.

"I was planning on going to the bathroom anyway"

Yang just stared at the two in curiosity, knowing that they were up to something but shrugged.

"Alright then"

Cynthia smiled.

"Let's go, Blake" she said as she pulled her away.

As they made it to the girl's restroom Cynthia didn't waste any time explaining her and Ruby's plan.

"Okay, listen here Blake! We need your help!"

Blake just looked at her blankly.

"With? ..."

"Well, we're trying to get Yang to dance again. But, as you can see she is being stubborn... We really want to see her dance again because that was what she loved to do and to see her not do what she loves is actually disappointing. I actually blame myself since I am the cause of it... I think that event that happened between us is what made her lost her spark and passion for dancing..." Cynthia looked at the ground in guilt.

"But!" she continued.

"For the first time in forever we actually saw her move a bit to the music!" she smiled widely.

"And how do I fit in this?" Blake asked.

"You see, Blake. The reason why Yang did that was because she was watching you! You got her to dance just a tiny bit!"

Blake tilted her head, still confused.

Cynthia groaned with a bit of frustration since Blake wasn't catching on.

"Basically..." she put both her hands on Blake's shoulders.

"We want you to get Yang to dance"

Blake's ears twitched.

"Uh ..."

"Please! We don't care what you do we just want you to find a way to get her to dance! I called some people... I know they won't be able to get her to dance... That's why we're asking you. So please!" Cynthia tightened her grip.

Blake just stared at Cynthia and sighed.

"Alright... I'll try ..." she said.

Cynthia loosened her grip and smiled widely.

"Thank you!" she hugged her.

She broke the hug and dragged her back into the dance floor where the others were waiting for them. As they joined their friends Ruby looked at Cynthia which she received a nod from and she smiled knowing that everything was going as planned.

~ Song slowly turns/fades into Jumpshot by Dawin ~

Blake had no idea how she was going to get Yang to dance. If she didn't want to then why should she force her? Surely Yang has her reasons. But surely Cynthia and Ruby have their reasons for wanting her to dance again as well. She wasn't a good dancer herself so how the hell was she gonna do this?

Blake danced to the rhythm of the music, letting the music carry her.

Yang stared hypnotically at her as she watched how Blake's body moved. The way her curves and feline figure moved was driving her crazy. She had the sudden urge to stand behind Blake and wrap her arms around her to move along with her.

She shook her head.

However, her attention was grabbed by a large group of students circled around two people and were cheering.

"Alright, alright girls we see you! Aye work it!" the DJ said with much hype on the mic.

"Looks like a dance circle is happening over there" Emily said.

"Let's go see it!" Cynthia and Ruby both said as they started to walk towards said circle.

The four girls looked at each other and began to make their ways there as well.

As they got there they gently pushed their way to the front to get a better view. When they finally got through what Yang saw stopped her in her tracks.

"What are they doing here?" she said.

"Isn't that?..." Weiss paused.

There were two girls in the circle dancing to the music coordinately with style along with their own dance styles. You could tell that they danced for a living by how smoothing their dancing looked.

The crowd went wild as the two girls both did a backflip, one of them landing on their knees while the other landed by doing the splits.

As the two girls got up they both did a fist bump. They looked to where Yang was and they made a big smile and rushed towards her.

"Oh my god Yang it's so good to see you!" one of them said.

"Holy crap you look so good in that" said the other.

Yang just stared at them dumbfounded.

"What.. What are you guys doing here? You don't go to this school... Do you?"

"No, we don't" one chuckled.

"We were actually invited by Cynthia" said the other.

Yang looked at Cynthia who was smirking at her.

Now everything made sense to Yang. Cynthia was trying to get her to dance again and she thought bringing in two members of the dance club from her old school to the Homecoming Dance would get her to dance? Surely she would have to try better than that...

"Of course" Yang said.

"Hello, Alexis and Kate. It's nice to see you two again" Weiss said as she bowed a bit.

"It's nice to see you too, Weiss" they both said as they did the same gesture.

"So!" Alexis pointed at Yang.

Yang jumped from the sudden gesture.

"I heard something!" she said as she squinted.

"WHY ARE YOU NOT DANCING ANYMORE?!" she yelled.

"Yeah! What the hell!" Kate yelled as well.

Yang sighed as she moved Alexis's finger away from her face.

"I just... I don't know... I just don't feel the spark or passion for it anymore" she said.

~ Song slowly turns/fades into Kings & Queens by SoMo ~

The two girls looked at Yang with no expression but then they looked at each other.

"That's bullshit" Kate said as she looked back at Yang.

"That's a good enough reason' Yang said through her teeth.

"You wanna know what I think?" Alexis said.

"I think the reason why you don't feel that Spark or Passion is because you never tried to gain that back" she said looking at Yang deeply.

Yang's eyes widened a bit from hearing that.

Was Alexis right? Did she not try to gain that back? Was she letting her skills to dance go on purpose? She didn't know but she also didn't care.

"Aw, your ears are so cute!" Kate said as she noticed Blake next to Yang.

Blake blushed and hid behind Yang a bit, still being the shy young faunus that she was.

"Oh, I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you!" Kate scratched her head as she smiled softly.

"Sorry, I should have introduced you guys sooner. Kate, Alexis this is Blake. Blake this is Kate and Alexis. We all use to go to the same school" Yang said as she tried to comfort the cat-like girl.

Blake waved to the two girls but was still hiding a bit behind Yang.

"Wow, you really are cute" Alexis said as she leaned forward a bit trying not to get too close to Blake.

"Don't get any ideas Alexis. That is Yang's lover" Cynthia smirked.

Alexis's eyes widened.

Yang shot daggers at Cynthia.

"No, she isn't"

"Oh shut up you know you both want each other just like Weiss wanted Ruby back then" she smirked.

Weiss's face turned red and Ruby's cheeks had glints of pink.

"What do you mean wanted? They still want one another" Yang said.

"They didn't tell you?" Emily asked.

"Huh?"

"They're dating" Cynthia and Emily both said.

"..... Eh?"

Yang just stood there dumbfounded by what she heard. But, as it processed through her brain her eyes turned red showing her anger.

"What the hell Rubes?!" Yang yelled as she grabbed her little sister putting her in a headlock.

Ruby struggled to try to loosen Yang's grip.

"You two are dating and you didn't tell me?!" she began to ruffle her hair.

"Ah! Yang, stop! I thought it was obvious! I thought you knew! Let go, please!" Ruby squirmed.

"Yang!" Weiss glared at her.

Yang looked at Weiss and glared back but let go.

"Fine" she said.

"Thank you" Ruby said as she fixed her hair.

"I honestly thought you figured it out a long time ago Yang I swear"

"I mean it was very obvious. I think Yang is just blind" Emily said.

"Do you not approve of this?" Weiss asked as she held Ruby's hand.

"No! I mean yes! I approve! It's just.. Just"

Yang was frustrated.

"Just tell me next time!" Yang yelled.

"S- Sorry" Ruby scratched her chin as she let out a nervous like chuckle.

~ Song slowly turns/fades into Can't Feel My Face by The Weekend ~

"DONT IGNORE US YANG!" Kate yelled.

Yang rolled her eyes.

"WHAT!?" she snapped back.

Kate and Alexis both glared at Yang.

"You need to dance!" they said in unison.

"I didn't know choosing not to dance was a crime" she mumbled.

"You know what?" Kate said trying to control her anger.

"I feel bad for your date. I bet she would love to dance but you're being so fucking stubborn! Blake, was it? Would you like to dance with me? I can show you a good time since Yang wont" she shot daggers at her.

Yang glanced at Kate and gave her an angry cold stare.

Before Blake could say anything Kate grabbed her hand and pulled her away from the group. Blake was frightened, not because she wasn't with Yang or because she was with this girl. It was because she didn't know how to dance with anyone. She could dance fine by herself but when it came to having to dance with another person then she had no clue how to act.

Kate noticed this and gave her a soft smile.

"It's okay. Here, it's the same as if you were dancing by yourself but instead you're just with someone. I know that's a bad example but trust me! Just move with the song" she said.

Blake did as she was told and she found it a bit difficult. She was nervous and that was part of the problem.

"You're doing fine hun. You aren't the problem it's the song. This song isn't really partner dancing material"

~ Song slowly turns/fades into Sex With Me by Rihanna ~

Kate smiled widely as the song changed.

"Oh, this is perfect! Okay! Now this song is definitely partner material"

She looked to where Yang and the others were and she saw that Yang was ignoring her and Blake and was looking somewhere else. She looked at Cynthia and Alexis and gave a nodding smirk. She gave one back.

Oh, this is just perfect!

"You know... If you ever want to get Yang's attention or if you ever want to get her jealous... " Kate said as she turned Blake around and pulled her close.

"You can always dance like this with someone..." she continued.

As Kate pulled Blake closer she also moved her hands all over Blake's body, groping her and they both moved to the music in sync.

Blake had no idea what she was doing and she couldn't help but feel dirty for how she was dancing with this girl she just met. She was moving her hips against Kate like if she was grinding against her as she brought her hand up to Kates cheek and hair. Kate did the same thing as well as she moved along with the music and Blake.

"Looks like you got competition now, Yang" Alexis chuckled.

Yang was about to ask what Alexis meant but when she looked at what they were looking at to say she wasn't pissed would be a lie. A huge one in fact.

She watched how Kate and Blake were dancing and it irritated her.

That should be her not Kate. But what was stopping her from going over there to claim what was hers? And why was Blake letting this happen? What the hell was going on?

Yang just grit her teeth to control her anger. But it was quite clear by the color of her eyes.

They knew this was a terrible way of trying to get Yang to dance but they were desperate. So, they were willing to try anything. They knew that Blake got her to dance by nodding her head a bit. They wondered if she would dance if they saw Blake dancing with someone else, especially in a dirty kind of way.

When she looked at Yang again she noticed that Yang was moving a bit to the music.

Kate smirked at Yang for proving their point.

Yang realized what she was doing and took a deep breath and sighed. She stopped because she was not going to let this get to her.

That's a dirty trick Kate ...

~ Song slowly turns/fades into Summer Sixteen by Drake ~

Kate brought Blake back to the group when the song switched to Drake.

"See? I said I would show her a good time and I did" she said.

"Was she right?" Emily asked.

Blake blushed and nodded hesitantly.

Alexis realized what song was being currently played at the moment and it was like a light bulb went off in her head.

"Yang!" Alexis grabbed her.

"What?!" Yang said, startled.

"Do you still remember the choreo for this?"

"I mean I'm the one who made it right?" she said sarcastically.

Alexis glared at her.

"Just do this one with us, please! It was one of your favorite ones to do! Pleeeaaaasssseeeeee?" Kate and Alexis both begged.

Yang just looked at them but made the mistake looking at Blake who was also showing hints of begging and curiosity.

She sighed in defeat.

"Fine... "

The two cheered, happy with succeeding.

Alexis went to the DJ and asked if he could replay the song because they wanted to perform again, along with trying to get their friend to dance, basically explaining the whole situation and he gladly agreed.

The song was replayed and the students were confused. But, as they saw Kate and Alexis walk towards the middle of the dance floor they began to smile and cheer. Knowing that another performance would happen.

On sync when the beat started they both began to do the choreography that Yang had taught them long ago. Yang watched as the two danced, they were in sync with the beat and rhythm. About 35 seconds into the song the two were staring hard at Yang, telling her to join them since she said she would.

Yang all of a sudden became nervous and was frozen, she couldn't move.

Cynthia rolled her eyes and pushed Yang which caused her to enter the circle.

Students were staring at her wondering why she was there or if she was a challenger. Yang froze and couldn't make herself move. Yang looked at Cynthia and glared at her but all Cynthia did was wave and smile. She suddenly felt a pair of hands pull her towards the middle where Alexis and Kate were. They were already halfway through the song and Yang still hadn't made any moves. Alexis stood in front of Yang and freestyled.

Students began to cheer for Alexis and Yang just stood there not knowing what to do. She looked to her right and saw Blake looking at her. She could see her move to the beat of the music a bit. They way Blake was moving was hypnotic and she couldn't help but move a bit herself. Kate and Alexis smiled when they saw this.

Before Yang knew it her body began to move along with the music. She began to do the choreo that Alexis and Kate have been doing not too long ago.

"Looks like blondie here is busting out the moves!" said the DJ.

Students cheered seeing that Yang was dancing.

"Let's see how she moves with this song!"

The DJ began to work as he made the song slowly mix into the song "Panda" by Designer.

Yang's body felt electrified as she heard the song. Alexis and Kate noticed this and stood behind her knowing what was about to happen. Yang made Choreography for this song as well and they were prepared.

As the beat dropped Yang began to bust out her moves in perfect sync, Alexis and Kate joining her.

The way Yang's body moved was thrilling to Blake. The way her body popped and how smooth it moved, the facial expressions. You could see how into and how much fun Yang was having. They weren't lying when they said she was a legend at dancing. Why was it that Yang didn't want to dance if this was the outcome? She was perfect and a pro at it.

Blake watched hypnotically, unable to keep her eyes from Yang's dance style. She was doing the choreo better than Kate and Alexis and more perfectly. But, it should be no surprise! After all, she was the one who made it!

Just watching wanted to make Blake dance like that. Of course, she didn't because she knew she didn't have the skills to do it.

As the song came to its end Yang did a windmill along with a headspin and laid on her back to stop, doing a flip on the ground to get back on her feet.

The crowd went wild as Yang showed off her talent, knowing that she wasn't holding back one bit.

Yang was panting as she finished along with having a big grin on her face. Alexis and Kate hugged Yang as they finally have gotten her to dance. They knew Yang hadn't lost her passion for dancing she just needed a little push and that push was Blake.

"You got some moves there blondie! Did you learn from someone or were you self-taught?" asked the DJ

"S- self- taught" Yang said between pants.

"That's fucking awesome!" he replied.

Before Yang could say anything else she found herself tackled to the ground.

"I knew you would dance again!" yelled Ruby as she was hugging her sister.

"Rubes... Air! Please..."

Ruby quickly let go.

"S-sorry" she chuckled.

Yang shook her head as she ruffled Ruby's hair and looked up to see Blake looking down at her.

"That was amazing, Yang" Blake smiled.

Yang felt the heat rush to her cheeks at the compliment that Blake had given her. She looked away to hide that.

"It.. That was nothing"

Blake smiled softly knowing that Yang was trying to keep her cool.

"Alright guys if you would kindly please clear the dance floor so we can announce the Homecoming Representatives so things can run smoothly that would be great!" the DJ announced.

The students did as they were told.

"Also! Ozpin would like me to let you know that this goes towards Prom as well! So whoever wins this will also be titled King and Queen for Prom as well!"

The students looked around confused at the new information.

"Homecoming Reps could you please go by the door with the curtains!"

"Good luck you two!" Ruby said as her and Weiss went to look for a good spot along with the others.

"Well, I guess we better get going" Yang said as she got up and dusted herself off.

Blake nodded.

As they got to their destination Blake hid behind Yang as she felt all eyes on her, receiving strange looks. Her ears twitched as she heard the other Representatives whisper things to each other.

"Isn't that a freshman? Don't we already have a Freshman Representative?"

"Why is a Faunus a Representative?"

"Is she lost or something?"

"I heard she was chosen to represent the Seniors..."

"Are you serious?"

"I heard Ozpin made that decision..."

"Ozpin? No way! Why would he make such a foolish choice?"

Blake shrunk and her ears drooped as she heard all the things that they were saying about her. She began to have second thoughts. But, she was brought back to reality as she felt Yang give her a pet like rub to her head, scratching her ears a bit.

"Hey, don't worry about them alright?" she said.

Blake couldn't help but rub her head against Yang's hand and began to purr a bit as she enjoyed the sensation of Yang's touch. Yang couldn't help but laugh.

"Shut up! Do you not see who is with her?! That's Yang Xiao Long! The one who beat the shit out of Cardin and his friends for what they said and did to Blake! Do you want to be next?!" Manuel the Junior Representative harshly whispered to the others.

The other Representatives stiffened as they realized that Manuel was right. As they glanced at Yang she gave them a death glaring look. The all shivered and jumped and turned around to avoid her gaze. They would make sure not to make the same mistake again.

As the lights went dark but not too dark, enough to light the room. The DJ played "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith on low volume.

"Alright, ladies and gentlemen! The people representing the Freshman class is... Mathew Goss and Taylor Lutz!"

The Freshman class cheered for their Representatives as they walked out to the dance floor.

"For the Sophomores... Antwone Flennng and Tori Henning!"

The Sophomores and Juniors cheered for the Representatives.

"For the Juniors... Manuel Mendez and Whitney Windgade!"

All the grades cheered for the Representatives.

"And last but certainly not least! The Senior Representatives... "

Blake stiffened and closed her eyes as she began to tremble in fear. But as she felt Yang hold her hand she felt all the worries go away. She looked at Yang as she looked back at her and smiled, giving her hand a light squeeze. Blake couldn't help but blush a bit at the action.

"Yang Xiao Long and Blake Belladonna!"

As they both walked out onto the court the crowd roared. But most of it wasn't from the beacon students. It was from their friends, the dance team from Yang's old school, Emily's cheerleading squad, and the Faunus that looked up to Yang and Blake.

"GO YANG AND BLAKE!" yelled Ruby and Cynthia.

Yang gave a thumbs up and a wink to the two of them as they both continued to make their way to the other Representatives.

"WOOOOOOOOO!!"

"Alright, Ladies and Gents! For the moment you all been waiting for..."

The students became quiet as the excitement intensified.

"Your Homecoming King and Queen of Beacon Academy as well for Prom King and Queen are..."

Everyone held their breath as they waited for the big news.

"Yang Xiao Long and Blake Belladonna!"

Everyone cheered and roared.

Blake felt like her heart stopped.

She, was Homecoming Queen? As well for Prom too? This had to be a dream. Surely this wasn't real was it? This had to be a joke...

"We did it Blake!" yelled Yang in excitement.

Yang without restraint hugged Blake.

Blake stiffened from the action but eventually relaxed and embraced the hug, hugging her back. The hug had much affection from the Bumbleby duo. Yang brought herself back to reality as she realized what she did and quickly broke the hug, glints of pink showed on her cheeks as she looked the other way. Blake couldn't help but giggle a little from the way Yang tried to hide her embarrassment.

"Ladies and Gentlemen if you could all clear the dance floor once again so our King and Queen can start the slow dance in a moment!"

As the students did what they were told Ozpin and Glynda made their way to the Bumbleby pair. Ozpin took Blake as Glynda took Yang. Separating the two, taking them to different sides of the court.

"You certainly have changed Miss Belladonna. Tell me... Do you still believe in the things you felt from the last time we talked?" Ozpin asked.

Blake looked at Ozpin then at the ground in deep thought.

Did she still believe in the things she thought back then? Things have changed... After meeting...

~ Image of Ruby, Weiss, and the others popped up in Blake's head ~

Blake hated humans... but... after meeting the others she began to view things at a different perspective. Her hatred for humans began to decrease rapidly and it completely disappeared after...

~ Images of Yang pop up in Blake's head ~

After she met her...

Blake smiled as she looked at Ozpin.

"No, no I don't. I met new people, people who changed my perspective of things... if it weren't for them... then I wouldn't be here today... if Yang... if she never came into my life... if it weren't for her... everything would still be the same... and for that I am eternally grateful" Blake fought a rogue tear that threatened to escape.

Ozpin made a small grin.

"I see..."

"I want to thank you Miss Xiao Long" said Glynda.

Yang looked at Glynda confusingly.

"Why?"

"Because of you... Blake has been able to open up more. She no longer has to be afraid. You complete her you know that?"

Yang blushed a bit.

"Blake has always been quiet... never had any friends and never socialized with others. She was bullied and that caused trust issues... But, then you came along and changed all of that. You really are amazing" she smiled.

Yang looked over her shoulder to see Blake looking at Ozpin as he was saying something to her. She couldn't help but smile softly as she knew that Glynda was right.

Even though Yang was a thrill seeker she was always bored with her life. No matter what she did she could never fill the hole that was inside her. But when she met Blake she could feel that hole slowly begin to fill up. It was when she realized that Blake was the final piece of the puzzle that she had been missing in her life.

As they reached their destination of the court the lights were dimmed once again as the DJ played the song "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri. As if on cue, Blake and Yang both made their way towards the middle of the dance court as they both smiled at each other. Yang kneeled before Blake as she held out her hand to her.

"Blake Belladonna, may I have this dance?"

Blake held out her hand and took Yang's as she bowed, smiling.

"You may"

Yang smiled widely as she stood up and pulled Blake close to her, putting her hand on Blake's back, while Blake put her hand on Yang's shoulder, and their free hands finally met. Together they danced in perfect sync to the music. As they continued Yang couldn't help but form a small smile on her lips.

The warmth between them grew more powerful by the second. Their dance was perfect and everything from their breathing to how their feet moved stayed in sync. Yang guided Blake across the dance court. She kept her eyes on Blake, knowing where to go.

But, as Blake began to feel all the eyes on her she began to grow nervous and frightened.

"Yang..." she whispered.

"Everyone is staring at us..."

Yang pulled Blake closer and squeezed her hand lightly.

"It's because of how beautiful you look" she smiled.

Blake's heart began to beat along with the music as she heard Yang said that. She rested her head on Yang's shoulder as they continued to dance.

As the students began to join in the slow dance Yang couldn't help but smile as she saw Weiss and her little sister dancing together. Her smile grew as she also saw that Ruby pulled Weiss in for a kiss which turned into a small makeout session as they danced.

Way to go, lil sis!

Blake felt like she was in a dream, floating.

As she looked up at Yang and Yang looked down at her. Lilac met Amber and it was like time stopped for both of them. Both of their hearts raced as they continued to look into each other's eyes. Yang couldn't help but think about one thing.

"Blake..." she began.

She rested her head against hers.

"I love you"

And they kissed.

When their lips made contact the world melted away and Blake melts with it. Tears began to form but not tears of sadness. They were tears of relief and pure happiness.

Yang felt like she would faint and her heart began to beat rapidly. Blake's lips were so much better than she imagined.

Blake was perfect...

She knew that it was fate that brought them together.

As the kiss ended she saw the tears in Blake's eyes. Yang brought her hand and wiped them away.

"Blake... I'm so sorry for all the pain I caused you..." Yang closed her eyes, showing the shame and guilt.

"I understand if you don't want us to be together... I won't blame you... But, I love you, Blake Belladonna..." Yang opened her eyes.

"I loved you since the first time I laid my eyes on you..."

Just seeing the tears begin to form in Yang's eyes Blake knew that she was being sincere and true to her word. But, she felt she knew all along and hearing it from her made her even happier.

"I love you too..." she said as the tears began to stream down her cheeks.

Blake met Yang's lips once again as they embraced one another, confirming and declaring their love for each other.

Ruby and Cynthia both looked at each other and smiled widely.

"Mission accomplished!" Ruby said.

"Yup! The plan was an absolute success!" Cynthia agreed.

They fist bumped each other.

Weiss rolled her eyes and smiled at the childlike action. She rested her head on Ruby's shoulder as Ruby rested on Weiss's head, holding her hand.

They broke the kiss and Ozpin and Glynda approached them holding their crowns as they put them on them.

Yang intertwined her fingers with Blake's and they made their way to their friends.

For the rest of the dance, they enjoyed the night. Not having a care in the world...

--------------------

Phew! This is probably one of the longest chapters that I have ever written for this story! I'm not gonna lie... The dance scenes was one of the hardest things for me to write. Especially for the slow dance for Blake and Yang. I wanted that scene to be perfect so I took my time with that part. The other dance scenes I didn't really give a shit about but the slow dance had to be perfect. But, honestly, I think I could have done better with that scene.

Anyway! Next chapter will contain smut (major smut most likely) so look forward to that I guess? Hah.

But yeah! I thought I would post this chapter a little early (It's 3 in the morning right now). So, I hoped you enjoyed it! Have a great weekend everyone!

Reviews/Comments are very appreciated :)
