Asher was humming with her earphones on
She's headed to the bar to have a short rehearsal with Gian for another gig tonight
She was busy singing when she bumped into someone
"Ay kabayo!" She exclaimed
The man chuckled
"Ganito na lang ba lagi ang pagmi-meet natin? Nagbabangga?"
Randolph said with a grin.
Truth is, he intentionally bumped into her
Asher didn't hear what he said
She removed her earphone
"Ha?"
"Sabi ko binangga mo na naman ako"
Said Randolph with his voice slightly louder
"Ah.. hehehe! Sorry naman. Di kasi kita nakita"
"Naku, mag-iingat ka. Tingin tingin pag may time. You never know, baka the very thing you're looking for is just right in front of you."
She raised her right brow with a smile
"Ganun?"
"You still remember my name?"
asked Randolph
"Yeah Randolph right? Randolph... Opisima. I know."
"I know I've already introduced myself to you before but I don't remember giving you my fullname, miss."
Randolph smirked
He knew it.
"Girls.." he thought

His egoistic thoughts were interrupted as Asher replied
"Eh ayan oh, nakasulat apelyido mo sa jersey mo. Hello?"
She motioned her hand as if talking to someone over the phone
He furrowed his brows

He looked at his jersey then grinned after
"And you're Asher. Asher Tua."
Now she's the one confused
"Ba't mo alam?"
He shrugged his shoulders
"I'm Randolph Opisima. When I want something I get it. I wanted to know your full name.. nakuha ko.."
"Oooookay?"
Asher's weirded out
"Anyway I've got to get going na. Bye."
She said
"Alright. See you 'round."
Randolph watched her walk away
He was expecting her to look back but she didn't
He decided to walk away as well but his thoughts are still on Asher
"Is this really happening?"
He asked himself
He's a certified ladies man for crying out loud
He can tell whether a woman is interested or not
From the looks of it, she doesn't seem to be intimidated by his smirks
she doesn't even blush when he compliments her
How could this be? He never fails to wow women from any age group (except his best friend of course)
but really, it's impossible for this girl not to be interested
"Nah. That's impossible. She's just hard to decipher. " he smirked
"Hard to get, laid back type. Hmmmm. Haven't tried that out."
He grinned as he saw his destination but it didn't stop him from thinking about the mysterious, hard-to-decipher girl
"Well Asher Tua, I accept the challenge."
He thought
He saw his best friend waving at him
"Andy!"
He waved back
"J!" He ran to her house
As soon as he got near her he tickled her on the side to which she reacted with a squeal
"Ano ba!"
She hit him on the forehead with her palms
They both laughed
"Hi Asshole!"
he greeted his bestfriend, Jessy.
"Hello motha fucka, I missed you."
She replied with a tight hug
"It's good to know you're back."
Said she
"Yeah. Siguro, mag one month na."
Randolph replied
"Sorry I've been busy. You know mom and dad... family business..."
"Bumawi ka na lang. Gimik later?"
Asked Randolph while sitting on Jessy's veranda
"Sure? San?"
She sat beside him with one arm over his shoulder
"Your call."

"Aray!"
Gian trapped her head with his arms and made her smell his armpit
"Yuuuuuck!"
Asher shouted while Gian was laughing really hard
This was the scene when Yeng came in
"Shhhh! Ingay niyo!"
She said then sat on the sofa of the music studio
"Si Yanyan kasi"
Ash pouted but Gian's still holding her
"Ah ako pala ha.."
he made her face his armpit again
"Hindi na... Tama na Yanyan."
she begged
He stopped but still holding her
"Sino may kasalanan?"
"Ako"
Ash frowned
"Umamin ka rin"
Sabi ni Gian sabay gulo sa buhok no Ash
Nang pakawalan, binawian siya agad ni Asher ng suntok sa braso
"Argh!" He groaned
He's gotta admit malakas manuntok si Ash
He taught her well
Good. He intentionally taught her self defense for her own protection
"Kaya 'di ako magka boyfriend boyfriend eh. Ginugulo mo buhok ko."
Ash said
"Oy Ash. Di yan sa paggulp ni G ng buhok mo."
Shin butted in. She just arrived
"Ayan na si Senyora Shinshin. Patay kayo. Ang gugulo niyo."
Yeng warned
"Ikaw kasi Asher... Ang angas mo. Sino ba naman di ma iintimidate sayo nyan? May babae bang kasing lakas ng lalake manuntok?"

Asher frowned to that
Hindi man gusto ni Gian matuwa sa sinabi ni Shin pero somehow naisip niya ang advantage nun
"At least walang competition. "
he thought
But he was quick to rebuke himself
"Ano ba tong iniisip ko. Love is not selfish."
He argued in his head.
