I woke to see Bella cuddled up to me. I smiled and looked around untill I saw the person who always made my heart skip a beat. She was sleeping cuddled up to my arm. She had half of her body on the bed and the other half off the bed. I smiled and tried to scoot a little so she could get her whole body on the bed.
She cuddled into me. I smiled and went back to sleep.

Lauren's POV
I woke in someone's arms. I looked to see Y/N fast asleep. I smiled. I looked around the room and saw that we were the only ones in the room. I felt her shift. She opened her eyes. I smiled once I saw the beautiful eyes that I fell in love with.
"Good morning sleepy head." She smiled and pecked my lips.
She sat up and looked at me but then looked down to her hands. She looked up again she opened her mouth to say something but nothing came out she shut it and looked down at her hands once again.
"Babe what's wrong?" I asked confused and worried.
Silence filled the room.
"Y/N?" She kept her gaze down. I sat up and cupped her cheeks making her look at me. Her eyes were filled with tears. She was trying to hold them in.
"Y/N please tell me what's wrong?" I pleaded as I felt even more worried. She looked into my eyes and let out a shaky breath.
"P-Promise me something." She whispered. I looked at her confused. "Y/N wh- Lauren please just promise me something." I looked into her eyes. "Okay I promise now please tell me what's wrong. You're scaring me." I heard her gulp.
"Promise me th-that if the surgery doesn't go well and I die on this bed then- Y/N you're not- No Lauren. There's a chance I will, the surgery could go wrong and I could die. Promise me that if I do you'll move on. You'll live your life like I was still here. Promise me that if I die you'll give love another chance. Promise me that you'll be happy." She said as she looked at me with tears rolling down her cheeks.
I shook my head as my own tears rolled down my cheeks. "I-I can't- Laur please promise me." She cried. I let out a sob and pulled her into a hug. I hugged her tightly. "I.......I-I p-promise." I felt her nod. She hugged me just as tight.
"Ms.Cena it's time." The doctor came in with a bed that just had a blue sheets. I looked down at Y/N.
"I love you Ren." She smiled slightly up at me. I brought our lips together into a slow and passionate kiss.
When air became an issue we pulled away. She leaned up and pecked my lips. "I love you too nugget." She smiled showing her dimples. I smiled and kissed her cheek.
"Promise me something." I said looking down at her. She had an adorable confused look. She nodded.
"Promise me that when you are on that bed and the doctors and nurses are doing the surgery you won't give up. Promise me that you'll keep on fighting. Promise me that you won't leave me." I finished as my tears escaped my eyes once again.
"I.......I promise Laur." I nodded and smiled as she held up her pinky. I hooked our pinkys together. She pulled out pinkys down and kisses my pinky like she used to.
"I'm sorry to interrupt Ms.Jauregui but it's time." I nodded and pecked Y/N's lips one more time.
They rolled her down the halls into the waiting room to where everyone was at. Nikki came and kissed her daughter's cheek.
"Don't give on us okay sweetly. I love you." She said as tears were in her eyes. Y/N nodded. "I won't mommy I love you too."
John came and kissed his daughter's forehead. "I love you pumpkin don't forget that. We'll be waiting for you." She smiled. "I love you too daddy."
"We love you dawg we'll be waiting okay. I'll need my little prank partner in crime okay." Dinah said kissing Y/N's forehead.
"I won't DJ I'll be back." Y/N smiled.
After everyone kissed Y/N's forehead or cheek the doctor rolled her to the surgery room. He said that the surgery well last up to four to five hours.
I sat down on one of the chairs in the waiting room. Everyone also sat down. Dinah and Chrissy, Ally and Normani, Camila and Shannon, Ted and Austin, Scott and Demi, Bea and Jacob, John and Nikki B, Nikki F and Cara. They all sat together. I sat with Bella in my arms. She looked up.
"Lo?"
I looked down at her. "Yes?"
"Is Y/NN gowing to be otay?" She asked as she looked down and held on to the stuff Curios George teddy bear that Y/N gave to her.
"She's going to be okay. Get some sleep Bella." She nodded and cuddled up to me.
I looked up and closed my eyes.
~Flashback~
I was building a fire as Y/N, she's trying to get the tent up. Keyword is trying.
We were on a little break from the 7/27 tour. We decided to have some alone time so she came up with the idea to just go out for the weekend just the two of us.
"Okay this goes here.....nope never mind.....okay this goes here......oh shit........yup nope this does not look right.........okay I got this......I got it......holy....son of....okay calm down.....crap.....nope......shit.......so if this thingy mingy doesn't go there and it doesn't go here then where the hell does it go?......where the heck is that damn manual.......found it........okay that seems easy........wow finally thank god. Woo what a work out."
I giggled as she talked to her self. She stood up straight and looked at the tent that she finally got up. It actually looked good. She turned around and saw me looking at her. She smiled and made her way over to me. I pulled her into a hug. She wrapped her arms around my neck as mine went around her waist.
She went on her tippy toes and pecked my lips. I smiled and kissed her cheek.
"Good job babe." I said as I looked at the tent. She smiled proudly. "Thanks babe but it wasn't that hard." I couldn't help but laugh remembering her arguing with her self. "Sure babe I'm sure it wasn't hard." She pouted. I smiled and kissed her I felt her smile. Which caused me to smile.
"Come on let's go fishing." I said excitedly. Pulling on her arm. I got the things we needed and the little boat. I looked at Y/N who looked quite nervous. I smiled and pecked her cheek.
"Come on."
We both sat on the boat patiently. That was until I heard Y/N squeal.
"Laur I got one. I go-" she got cut off by her losing her balance and falling off the boat into the water. I couldn't help but laugh. She came up from the water gasping. I couldn't help but laugh harder. "Lo this is not funny." She pouted still in the water. I got up carefully and held out my hand for her to grab. She looked up at me and smirked. Before I could realize what was happening she pulled me into the water. I went in face first.
I came up the water gasping for air. I heard that adorable laugh that I love to here. I looked at Y/N to see that she was laughing. I smiled and wrapped my arms around her waist. She smiled wrapping her arms around my neck.
"I love you Lauren." She said smiling and looking at me lovingly.
"I love you to Y/N."
~End of Flashback~
I opened my eyes to see that everyone was now asleep. I looked at the time and saw that it's been four hours almost five already. I looked down and saw that Bella was now asleep in my arms. I smiled slightly and pulled her closely
"Y/N Y/LN-Cena?" I quickly looked up and saw the doctor standing there. He had his hospital doctor blue shirt bloody. I quickly got up as everyone surprisingly woke up and got up as well.
" The surgery was a success we have removed all the thickened overgrown septum between the ventricles. Y/N is in recovery as we speak. She'll be very sore and tired but that's normal. I'll be back to give the medicine she'll need for the pain. She's in the same room as she was in before but please try to stay quite and don't overwhelm her." We all nodded and went straight to her room.
We walked into her room to see her peacefully sleeping. I smiled slifhty and walked in sitting on the chair with Bella still in my arms. Nikki B came and kissed Y/N's forehead. She looked at me and smiled taking Bella so I could hold Y/N's arm. I took Y/N's tiny hand into mine. I felt her squeeze my hand. I smiled and leaned forward to kiss her cheek.
I'm just happy that my baby is okay.
