She is a little girl born and raised in northern Kentucky, she is very smart and very athletic. Sylvia loves to figure things out on her own and she learns things really fast as well. Sylvia is 7 years old and is striving for accomplishment. Sylvia is very gifted she is very smart she is smarter than most. She was invited to attend the young, gifted program she is very excited about her opportunity.
