i never really cared for my old job.
sure, the pay was good.
money's always good.
but i never really cared for a lot of things.
i guess that might be the reason why i lost my job yesterday.
totally not depressed about it.

"how's the job hunting going?" minseok asks, probing a chip into my mouth.
we walked the busy streets of hongdae with food from the street market.
"it's only been a day. let me taste the air of freedom a little longer." i steal a few more chips out of minseok's hand.

"hey seyeon! did you eat yet?"
"jongdae, i... i did something really bad..."

she hangs up.
