"Go away" She sneered at him as she threw the 23rd damaged scarecrow to the side.
But he wouldn't listen, "Please, Alice"
"No, Listen here River" She turned to him and advanced a dainty finger at him in such anger it scared him. "You do not bring someone foreign here, this is not your place. This is mine, it is choice that I welcomed you here- doesn't mean you have the choice to welcome them here"
With that, he shut his mouth and then a light smile kissed his lips. "Start running princess"
Alice frowned and then joined his smile, "you're not forgiven dear Knight!" she began to run back towards the cornfield and this time, she didn't run for him.
But she ran for the cornfield- and this time, he followed whispering nothing but "Here we go again"
