Flock of Endlessness

I watch the world around me
Deteriorating slowly
I guess in the end
I am left to spend
Endlessly wandering about
What is the point anymore?
I shout yet no words come out
My life a jumble
I hear a rumble
Of voices and sounds but no one's there
What am I to do?
You all say you like me but I hear your true words
Like a flock of birds you fly away
Leaving me to die for the rest of the day.
