I woke up in the middle of night. I could not see anyone but I felt that he was right there next to me. At one point I heard something dripping from the ceiling but didn t pay special attention to this. It always happened right before he left the house. Finally, I managed to fall asleep.
Mornings in that house are always quiet, but not today. He had been there all night. I don t want to leave him alone, but I have to go to school. I've already almost too late. I eat breakfast and run quickly across the road where I meet Sadie every morning

E: Hi sis
S: We gotta run! We re almost late!
E: I know. Let s go!
After school
S: So what are you doing today???
E: Nothing. Wanna come over later?

S: Weird that we have been friends for so long, but I have never visited your house before.
E: Yeah, you know that grandad didn t want any guests
S: Are you home alone right now?
E: Yes, mum and granny went back to our old house and took Lindsay with them.
S: You re so lucky cuz you have little sister.
E: Actually not. Lindsay is more like a punishment.
S: When are they coming back?
E: Tomorrow
S: Cool, maybe I could stay the night
E:Great idea!
