Dear Bully,
During the summer, I went to camp and also the gym. I originally 180 pounds last year and with the start the new school year coming, I weigh at 100 pounds now. My doctor told me I have to gain at least 10 pounds to be considered healthy again.
I did gain the 10 pounds by the end of the summer. I felt gross with each bite I took to reach it. Your old remarks running through my mind. Ugly, Fat, Unlovable, Worthless, etc.
Maybe I should go back to one meal a day or even none at all...
