First time I saw the character: X-Men movie
Weather can be unpredictable, annoying, and dangerous. We humans have no way of controling the weather, but there just so happens to be badass mutant who can! Storm is the daughter of a tribal princess from Kenya and also happens to be a mutant. As a child, she was orphaned and had to become a thief to survive. But soon after she found her way into the famous gifted school for youngsters and quickly became a member of the X-Men. She also later married T'challa, aka Black Panther, and became the queen consort of Wakanda being the wife of the King. She has impressive leadership skills, as she's shown being the leader of the X-Men in the future. Ororo is also the first black superhero woman in comics and is considered to be one of the most important heroes in Marvel comics, even being at level with Wonder Woman. You just gotta love Storm, weather you're an X-Men fan or not! (See what I did there? XD)
