Jay's POV
"Firstly tell me, do you think your dance is already good?" I asked
"Uhh... I think so" one of them said
"You think? What do you think you lack?" I said crossing my arms
"Uhm, synchronizations, energy and feelings?" Another one of them said again
"Exactly! You know what you're lacking so why don't you go and fix it?! Go! Come back to me 3 days after and I expect everything to be finalized" I said sternly and walked out
I rushed towards my office and burst the door open seeing all the paper works stacked up on the floor and on my table. I sighed, I have a lot more work to do.
I jumped on my seat and viewed the paper works on my table and it was a bunch of request from our students, I started to pile them up into groups while working with the numbers of requests.
After a few hours passed I took out my laptop and started to type away the Drama Club's script that's suppose to be passed to our principal in 2 days to have it's approval for the Drama club's new play. My phone suddenly rang and I immediately answered it
"Hello, Student Body President and Head of the Chronicles, Jay speaking, may I help you?" I said squeezing it on my neck to continue typing
(Oh hi, this is Hyemin from Designers teams, I wanted to tell you that the dresses and costumes are already finished, I sent the picture via gmail, should I send them over to your building?)
"Hold on a moment"
Someone else called so I placed it on hold and took the other call while checking my emails on my laptop
"Hello, Jay speaking" I said
The costumes looked well made, and the colors were vibrant, and the fabric looked fine like the ones I chose, I started to scroll down
(Jay, hi, I'm calling to tell you that the deadline for your essay has been moved, you have to pass it tomorrow at 7am) the secretary said
"Aish okay then, I'll hand them tomorrow, bye" I said ending the call and going to the other call "Hyemin, send over all the costumes to my office now except for the gown, there seems to be a little rip in the bottom, please have that fixed and send them to me as soon as possible"
(Yes I understand)
I ended the call and started to work on my essays again. I have to finish all of this now, I still have to study for the upcoming quarter exams next week.
If you're wondering what's happening, I'll tell you. Next next week will be the school's foundation day and we had to prepare everything already because we all have exams to study for, each class have been assigned to make a booth and some student were grouped for presentations, decorations, designs and etc, but since I'm the student body president I had to monitor everything that's happening which was stressing me out. In addition, I am the head of the Chronicles which meant I had to make the script for the Drama Club, I could turn it down but as the Head of the Chronicles and Student Body President I can't turn it down so I had to accept it.
I continued typing the script all through out the afternoon. Soon enough the night took over and I was now working on the piled paper works.
I slammed my face on the table. I'm so tired but I can't really stop. My phone rang and I answered it putting it close to my ear
"Good Evening. Jay speaking" I said
(HEY JAGIYA!!!) The person on the phone said
"Hey Vernon" I said
(Did you eat dinner?) he asked full of energy
"Nope. I didn't have the time to" I sighed
(Well lucky for you I brought you dinner!)
The door opened and I raised my head to see a smiling Vernon with a few bento box on his hand
"Delivery for the Student Body President and Head of the Chronicles, miss Jay!" he said putting the food on the table
"Vernon" I called out looking at him
"My jagiya needs to eat to be healthy. You deserve a break. You worked hard" he said kissing my forehead
"Thank you Vernon. That's so sweet of you but I have to finish this first" I said
"Could you at least eat first?" he said worriedly
I sighed and opened one of the lunch box and shoved one sliced kimbab in my mouth
"There I'm eating" I said smiling at him
"Hehehe good! Don't work too hard jagiya!" his phone beeped "I have to go practice our performance now. Finish your food okay?! And go home early! I'll text you later!" he said and ran out
I sighed and placed the food aside. Gotta continue working! LET'S DO THIS!!!
*** 3AM ***
I stretched a bit as I finally finalized the script. I then turned to my watch to see it was already early in the morning.
I stood up and went to my locker getting my spare clothes there. I've spent several nights here before. It's like a working apartment for me.
I grabbed a cloth and dipped it in water in the sink since there's a bathroom here.
I took off my blouse and started to wipe myself off. I changed to a fresh pair of clothes and sat back down on the chair I've been sitting on all night.
I pulled out the program for the foundation day to make sure everything is set and ready.
Performances, booths, costumes, theme, food, entertainment, etc. That moment, while I was writing down what needs to be arranged that day I felt slightly dizzy. I held my head massaging it a bit. Then everything spun around my vision, and then that's when I lost consciousness.
*** Time skip ***
"It seems like she hasn't been eating nor sleeping properly. Her brain malfunctioned due to lack of sleep and that caused her to lose consciousness. She just needs to take a few medicine and she'll be fine. Make sure she gets 6-8 hours sleep and 3 meals a day." I heard someone say
I opened my eyes to see my parents standing there. The Doctor sees me awake and smiles
"Take care of yourself young lady" The doctor says bowing and head out
"What have you been up to Jay?!" My Dad asked me
"If your boyfriend wasn't there to check on you who knows what would've happened to you?!" My mom shouted
"M-My boyfriend? You mean Vernon?" I asked shocked
Speaking of the devil the door opened and in came Vernon.
"Jay! Thank god you're awake!" Vernon shouted and ran towards me with a hug as fast as lightning. "I checked on you around 3 in the morning and saw you passed out. I quickly called your parents and took you to the hospital! Didn't I tell you to sleep and eat properly?!" he said pulling away
"ehem" my Dad coughed out. We looked at him and he gave Vernon a little threatening look
Vernon quickly backed away from me, me and my mom just chuckled. Vernon ended up sitting in the corner silently
"Thank you Vernon" my father suddenky spoke "If it wasn't for you my daughter wouldn't been awake by now. Something serious might've happened if you didn't find her on time. I guess you're not as bad as you look" My Dad said and looked away
I could see Vernon's expression quickly brightening up. I giggled at that.

"The costumes, ensure that they are taken care off. Decorations, make sure they are set up. The performances, make sure you're ready. The leaders of the booths keep in touch with me and update me in what's happening. Double check everything to see if there aren't any problems. Make sure everything is checked and ey ok, make a plan B in case. Let's make this week a successful one and have fun! Okay?!" I shouted to everyone happily
"YEAH!!!" they all cheered
"Let's get to work!!" I said and everyone spread out
I walked back to my office but someone pulled my arm and spun me around smashing his lips with mine
"Hey jagiya! Just wanted to check on you" He said
"Oh I'm fine. Shouldn't you go to your 3 min dating booth?" I said chuckling
"Yea but I wanted to know if you ate already" he asked
"don't worry, I already ate" I said laughing
"I don't believe you. Prove it!" He said
"Okay then. Catch!" I shouted wrapping my arms around his neck and jumped and he quickly caught me
"you're getting quite heavy jagiya" he said
"that's because you have been feeding me too much Vernon-ie~"
"But this doesn't prove anything about you eating breakfast" he said shaking his head
I smirked and kissed him on the lips for around 4 seconds.
"Hmm, I can taste a bit of sweetness there" he said laughing
I laughed as well as he placed me down
"Alright. I ensured you ate but did you sleep well?" he asked.
I showed him my eyes "No sign of eyebags sir" I said
"Good jagiya!" he said and his phone rang
"Hello? Oh yes of course. Be right there. Bye. Sorry Jay, we had a little emergency, I'll see you later!!" he said and ran off. I laughed to myself and head into my office

"Was there any problems here?" I asked
"No, not at all~ Everything's fine!" The girl said
"Okay good to hear. Keep up the good work!" I said giving her a thumbs up
"Oh wait first!" she said and went in their booth which was pastry decorating booth
"Here" she said handing me a little box.
I opened it and inside was a cute little cake around 5 inch - 3 inch and 1 1/2 inch tall.

I smiled. Seriously Vernon is such a romatic sometimes.
I walked towards their booth which is 3 min dating booth. I don't know why I ended up approving that but yeah.
"1 token for 1, 3min date!" he said smiling
I handed him 120 tokens good for 6 hours that lasts the entire afternoon
"I'll be taking my Vernon please" I said smiling sweetly
The guy was quite shocked in a happy way since there's a competition for the most tokens.
"Right this way sweetheart!" he says hiding the tokens and lead the way towards one of the rooms they used.
"Just step right in. He's all yours" He said cheerfully
I thanked him and entered the room seeing Vernon standing near the window. I closed the door and he faced me
"Oh what a shocking surprise seeing my jagiya here" He said smirking
He pulled out a rose and placed the stem on his mouth. I giggled and went near him as he did too.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped my around his neck
"Is it bad to get a date from MY boyfriend?" I said pouting
He shook his head smiling. He slightly dipped me all of a sudden and I couldn't help but let out a yelp.
He chuckled and leaned closer handing the rose to my mouth making sure to give a kiss.
"I'm glad you're here jagiya. I was annoyed with all those girls coming in flirting with me. I almost threw the table to their face. I needed a real date from my own girlfriend" he said smiling down at me
I took the rose off my mouth and he made me stand properly
"Well couldn't let my boyfriend suffer right?" I said pinching his cheeks
He smiled once again and pulled out a remote and clicked a button.
The blinds went down closing the windows and they added black cloth to it then the lights turned off but different colors started to surround the room. So basically it just became like a disco room but the lights were spinning slowly
"Did you do this to the other girls?" I asked raising an eyebrow
"Of course not. I planned all of this for you. I was hoping you'd show up and you did. So jagiya, may I have this dance my lady?" He asked taking a step back and bowing down
"You may" I said, once again handing him my hand
He pulled me close. Placing one of my hand on his shoulder and his one hand on my waist and he held my other hand.
We swayed staring into each others eyes. I smiled and wrapped both my arms on his neck leaning against his chest. He placed his chin on my head.
"I love you" We both said in unison which we both laughed at
"You're the best girlfriend ever"
A bell suddenly rang. What's that?
"Oh 3 mins is up" he said sounding depressed not wanting to let me go
"Oh don't worry. I paid for the entire afternoon" I said smiling
He pulled away looking in my eyes
"Are you jealous of those girls?" He asked teasingly
You pushed him away and crossed your arms
"Excuse me??! Jealous?! ME?! Of course not! Never! For your information, I am Jay! THE JAY! I don't get jealous!" I said waving my hands around "I am the Student Body President, Head of the Chronicles, trusted by the teachers and students, and!" I paused, a grin appeared on my face "girlfriend of the Hansol Vernon Chwe" I continued "Why on Earth would I be jealous?"
He pulled me AGAIN on my waist and pecked me on the lips
"I thought so. That's my girl. My Jay"
