I woke up and took a breath from my mouth.
I could see it.
I sat up and got out of the bed holding my arms.
"Taylor?"
I turned around to see Kian.
"Yea?"
"What are you doing?"
"I'm cold and hungry" I laughed.
He stood up and walked out the door before I did and we ran into his dad.
"Does it seriously have to be this cold?!"
"Do you think I want it to be?!"
Kian sighed loudly and pulled me into the kitchen.
We looked through the cabinets till we found a box of cereal that wasn't opened yet and sat it on the table.
Kian poured milk into a bowl that was chunky.
"Are you fucking kidding me" he threw the jug down onto the table.
"Go get dressed, we're going out."
I nod and walk into his bedroom and get clothes and take them into the bathroom.
I slid on a black pair of skinny jeans with a white sweater that said "Lawley" on the back in black lettering.
I put on my white high tops and applied natural looking makeup and met Kian at the door.
"Where yous two goin?"
"Out to eat."
"Well your taking me"
Kian chuckled. "No we're not."
"Uh- yea- you are."
We got stuck with taking his dad with us and we went to a fancy restaurant.
Of coarse his dad had an over sized belly and a white shirt with stains all over it that didn't even cover his stomach.
Me and Kian sat together on one side and his dad on the other.
We ordered and Kian lightly kicked my foot from under the table.
I looked over at him and he was smirking.
I bumped my body onto him and giggled.
"Kids! We're in a nice restaurant. Act like yous have some commin seance."
We frowned and continued eating.
His dad ate like a literal pig. He breathed heavy and had food all over his mouth and chin.
Kian took another bite and stood up.
"Me and Taylor are gonna go hang out"
"Where?"
"Um- ... The park"
Before his dad said anything else he grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the restaurant.
I chuckled.
"Your dads very charming."
"Right?"
We laughed.
"Kian its to cold for the park." I rubbed my arms.
"Are you kidding? I only said that so if he came looking for us he wouldn't find us" he chuckled.
"Oh, so then where are we going?"
"The mall"
I nod and we walk down to the mall.
As soon as we get inside-
"Kian!!!" A group of guys yelled and ran over to us.
"What's up?!" He high fived some of them.
It was his friends from our old school.
"Nothin, wanna hang?"
"Sure bro" he smiled and the guys jumped all over him.
I walked behind them for awhile till we entered a store and the guys ran in and Kian slowed down till he was beside me.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing" I shrugged.
"You don't seem like it" he frowned.
I just stared at him for a second.
"Are we shopping or not?" I crossed my arms.
"Why are you acting like that?"
"Like what?"
His eyes widened and he poked my belly making me giggle.
"Your jealous!"
"Pfft, please"
"Your jealous your jealous!" He poked some more.
I smiled and shook my head pushing his hands away.
"Why are you jealous?"
"I'm not!"
He backed away.
"Well fine then!" He grabbed my hand and pulled me into the store.
The guys looked at them.
"What?"
"Dude you guys are dating?!" They all high fived each other.
"No no no no!"
"We aren't dating" Kian added.
"Then why the hands?"
Kian pulled his hand away from mine and shrugged.
"Mm mm"
We finished up the day and me and Kian went back to his dad's house.
"WHERE HAVE YOUS TWO BIN?"
"Out dad"
"HMPh" he crossed his arms.
"Well dinners on the table."
We ran in and Kian tickled me slowing me down.
"Kian!" I laughed.
He got to the table and frowned.
"Just beans?"
His dad came in and smiled.
"Yea! Made em myself!" He looked satisfied.
Kian walked towards his dad.
"Can we just order pizza or something?"
"Kian Robert Lawley I made you a nice meal, now have some manners for your old man and eat!!"
Kian walked over and sat down in a chair, I sat beside him.
We ate and his dad kept staring and smiling at me, honestly creeping me out.
I scooted farther from him and closer to Kian.
I don't think Kian knew what was going on and he just smiled and kept eating.
Kian got up to clean off his plate and I did the same.
Kian turned and smiled at me when I felt a hand on my butt.
I turned around fastly and backed up into Kian shocked.
Kian clenched his fists and punched him really hard, his cheek even started turning blue.
"DONT LAY ANOTHER FINGER ON HER"
His dad fell to the ground and closed his eyes, but he was still breathing.
He turned to me and looked sad.
"Are you ok?"
I nod scared.
He wrapped his arms around me and held me close.
He pulled away slowly.
"Pack your stuff, we're leaving."
I nod and go into his room and pack my stuff and he did the same.
We caught a bus and rode back to his moms house.
We got to the door and Kian pulled his key out and unlocked it. His mom had already left for work.
I went straight up to the shower and Kian got in after me.
I changed into fluffy pants and a tank top with a messy bun.
Kian came down in sweatpants and a tshirt.
"I'm uh- really sorry he did that to you." He put his head down.
I pulled it back up.
"Don't worry about it." I forced a smiled and he gave one back.
I got on my tippy toes and placed a kiss on his cheek.
"Night" I smiled and walked up the stairs to my bedroom.
He came in a few second later and saw me shivering.
"Wanna cuddle?" He smiled
I smiled back and nodded and he jumped on next to me and wrapped himself around me.
I fell asleep not long after.
