Finally, some peace and quiet. I feel a dull ache in my mouth as my k9s extend. I clamp my mouth over her neck and indulge myself. When I'm done she is well past dried out. I reach for the ignition when her phone started going off. I reach over and pick it up off the floor and look at it. I nearly dropped it when I saw the picture i.d. I can't believe it. It's her.
