they told her to stop falling,
it wasn't good for her.
she tried to tell them that
she couldn't just stop now
probably not even later
because you don't expect a
shooting star to stop in mid air either.
and they just laughed
because honey you're not a star,
you're not coming from heaven.
you're a human
and once you fall you'll land
deep down at the bottom
of hell.
