"Tears; the kind i swim in."

Sometimes people catch waves to big for their boards,
then crash into them, leaving them astray from shore.
I'm no more that those who died at shore, rotten to the core of pure existence.
But I, oh I,
am stuck swimming,
across an endless ocean of tears.
I'm no longer able to be saved,
in this sea of sadness,
below a sky that rains.
