You both held me in your arms
Threw me up so high
And caught me when I fell.
You both bandaged my bruises
And kissed the cuts better
From sick to well.
You both told me I would be fine,
And even if it wasn't or
I didn't feel I did my best
You would both still hug me
And bring me endless tissues
To clean this crying mess.
You both needed me
To take care of the other one
Whilst you looked after the other one.
You both tried to kiss his cuts better
You both tried to bandage his bruise
We all wanted him to come home.

This thing called love
Its a kinda necessity,
