At the end of The Doctor Revisited, all of the Doctor's previous (and future) selves put Galifrey in a pocket dimension to keep it from being destroyed. Where did it go then, because the Doctor can't travel between dimensions. It would have to have an anchor in his dimension. Would the Doctor look in his pocket and be like, "Oh, THIS is the jacket with Galifrey in it. I lost it for a few weeks, oops!"
