CHAPTER ONE
STEFEN
"Stefen come on." Stefen was obviously annoyed by the fact I wanted to help him and Damon fight Klaus."I am not just going to stay in this house and watch you and the people I love get hurt. Bonnie almost died!"
"But she didn't. Ya, I wish Damon would have told me that she had cast that spell but he knew that I would have told you what was going on."I sighed, I know Stefen would have told me. But I need to know these things, I'm the one they are trying to protect! " Stefen, please." I looked at him deep into his eyes, and saw worry. "Stefen."
"Elena I can't let you get hurt."
"Well I can't let you get hurt either!" Tears stung my eyes and Stefen grabbed me and pulled me into his chest."Stefen, it's all my fault. If I wasn't born I would have, I would have not started this mess." I cried.
I felt Damon's eyes on us." What do you want Damon." I gently pulled away from Stefen's arms sniffing a little." Elena, Stefen, we've got company. Very, small company." a little girl hid behind his legs afraid to come out. "Stefen." was all she said. Her golden hair swayed behind her and her big brown eyes were glued onto Stefen."Looks like she's got a thing for you Sefen." Damon smirked."What did you do to the little girl Damon" Stefen said"What you think I that I did this? I found her in the woods, wondering around like a lost puppy, except for the fact that she doesn't have floppy ears or a tail. Do you?" He turned to the girl. And all she said was "Stefen."
"Do you know this little girl Stefen?" I asked
"Not a clue."he replied. The little girl was wearing a white dress that went above her knees,and a ring that kind of looked like Stefens, Damons,and Caroline 's ring. Her hands were covered in mud and some red substance."Stefen, please tell me that's paint."
"I wish I could. It's blood Elena." Damon replied bluntly. I bit my tongue then replied." Thanks STEFEN." I said sarcastically. All he did was smile and reply"You are very welcome ELENA." He rolled his eyes then stared at the girl" Can you say anything else besides Stefen?"
"Stefen."was all she said,again."Okay then." Damon said wide eyed. I was too confused. All of us were confused. Why was this little girl here? Most importantly who was she? "Stefen." she said, then the next thing that came from her lips was so unexpected that all of us stood there so still, that you could here a feather hit the hard cement."Klaus."
