Chaz's p.o.v
Mommy dropped me off outside school. I didn't sleep last night I kept thinking about camp.. What did I get myself into.
"Okay Chaz, Danny's daughter Alexia will be in your class today.. It's her first day so watch over her". She said.
Alexia was five like me. David her brother told me that she likes me. What can I say? I get all the ladies.
"Behave Chaz". Mommy warned.
"I will..". I said as I jumped out the car.
Mommy honked the horn at me and I waved. I walked into school and went to my class. Mrs grey greeted me.
"Good morning Chaz! And how are we this fine morning". She said in her happy tone.
"Tired.." I mumbled.
"Well time to wake up for class". He smiled.
I fake smiled and walked to my desk. I sat down and saw Alexia looking at me. Her desk was one across and two up from mines.
"Hey Chaz". She said.
"Hi alexia". I said back.
Me and alexia have been best buds since we were baby's. Then the bell rang.
"Okay settle down class, today we will be doing teamwork, you and your partner have to go out into the playground and find clues and the first team done will get a prize". Mrs grey said.
"Okay, I will assign your partners". Mrs grey said.
My partner was Alexia. So we got out pieces of paper and headed out into the playground.
"Where do you think the first clue is?" She asked.
"Um, we could check the jungle gym". I said.
"Good idea". She said as she grabbed my hand and dragged me towards the jungle gym.
She picked up a note.
"The next clue is where you do exercise". She said.
"The gym!". I said.
We were just about to go to the gym when I ran into Duke.
"Watch out Trippy!". He said as he pushed me. I fell on my butt.
"I thought you said you'd leave me alone". I said as Alexia help me up.
"I lied". He laughed.
"Go picked on someone your own size, freak". Alexia said.
"Aw does Trippy have a girlfriend". He sang.
He laughed.
"Why don't you go play with dolls or something little girl". He said.
"Duke why don't you go and wet your bed like you always do". She said.
I laughed.
"Oh so you think this is funny, huh?". He pushed me again.
"For a matter of fact". I step towards him.
"I thought it was hilarious". I smirked.
He was going to punch me till I moved to the side. I punched him in the face.
Alexia ran up to him and kicked him.. You all know where. He fell to the ground. Duke ran away crying and we ran to the gym.
"Thanks Alexia". I said hugging her.
"No problem I hate it when you get hurt, I also hate bullies!". She said.
"He'll be back you know". I said.
"So what? I'm not scared of him and you shouldn't be". She nudged me.
"I wasn't scared!". I said.
"I know". He giggled.
Her giggle was cute. After we got the next clue we walked to the office.
"Chaz isn't that your daddy?". She said.
I looked. It was! Why was he here.
"Alexia your dad is here too". I said.
"Hide!". She whispered as we his behind a big plant.
Then we saw Duke coming out with his dad.
"Duke told on us!". Alexia whispered.
"Are we gonna be in trouble, I've never been in trouble before". She said.
"I'll take the blame, I don't want you too get in trouble". I said as I put my arm around her.
She kissed my cheek.
"Thanks Chaz". She said.
"Okay, we should go". I said.
We ran back to class. We didn't win the hunt but I had fun.
It was home time and I walked out with Alexia.
"Are you sure you want to take the blame". She said.
"Yeah, I'm going to camp soon so it won't make a difference". I said.
"Please don't go to camp, I'll miss you". She said.
"I have to go, I'll be back soon though". I smiled.
She waved and ran off to uncle Danny's car. I waved back.
I saw dads car and go in the back seat.
"Hi girls!". I said to Zoey and Marley.
"How was school?". Dad asked.
"Fine.." I said as I buckled myself up.
"Did anything happen today?". Mommy asked.
"nope.. Just went on a hint with Alexia" I said.
"Hmm funny because I heard you attacked Duke". Dad said.
"Fine, I didn't attack him, he pushed me, I got up got all in his face. He was being nasty to Alexia so I punched him and kicked him... In his boy parts.." I mentioned.
Dad looked back at me.
"I'm mad.. But I'm glad you stuck up for Alexia". He said.
"But... Your still grounded". He said.
"When am I not grounded". I moaned.
"Attitude Chaz!". Dad said as he drove.
"That wasn't attitude?". I said.
"Don't answer back Chaz, just sit back and be quiet". He said.
I sat back.. Then I started singing.
"What does the fox say?". I sang quietly.
"And no singing!". He said.
"Pow pow pow papow!". I sang again.
"Chaz!" Dad shouted.
"Sorry.." I said.
I grabbed Marley and sat her on my lap I made her dance. She kept licking my face. Then I burst out laughing.
"Chaz, hunny let go of Marley then she won't lick you face" mommy said.
We got home. I ran and jumped onto the couch and put cartoons on.
Dad grabbed the remote.
"I don't think so, your grounded so that means no t.v, ds, sports, or xbox". He said.
I rolled over onto my belly and groaned into the couch.
"Go do your homework". Dad said.
"No". I moaned.
"Now Chaz!". He warned.
I quickly stood up on the couch and threw a pillow across the room.
"Go pick that up Chaz". Dad told me.
I stood on the top of the couch.
"Chaz!". He said as he raised his voice.
I jumped from the couch to the counter.
"Can't the floor is lava". I said.
He walked over to and it looked like he was about to grabbed me but I jumped back onto the touch and rolled off it.
Dad ran round I quickly got up and ran out into the pool area. We were both running around the pool.
"Chaz get her right now". He said.
I stopped and he stopped.
I smirked.
"Chaz don't you dare jump in that pool!". He warned.
I was about to jump in when he grabbed me.
"Enough of this". He said a she carried me and sat me on time out.
This is gonna be a fun night.
