Philippa's POV
I slowly opened my eyes, struggling a bit and examined my surroundings. I looked over to see I was hooked up to a machine with a needle protruding out of the side of my arm. I assumed I was in the hospital which made my heart sink knowing that I didn't escape and I would still have to suffer though life. Yet, a part of me though very small was happy I had made it, but it was the part that had fucked me over before and I wasn't going to let it mess me up again.
That part being the one that made me feel love.
