I slipped on a blue dress and put on flats with my hair straightened and light makeup.
He walked in wearing jeans and a button up shirt.
"You ready?" He asks.
I nod and he grabs my hand leading me to the car.
He starts driving to wherever we're going.

He pulls into a club and I look at him confused, "Dinner?"
"We can eat here." He says and gets out of the car.
Pfft. Eat what? The ice in our drinks?
I get out and follow him in since he walked in without me.
Such a gentleman.
I walk inside and can't even find him.
After walking around looking for him for a few minutes, I decide to give up, and go to the bar and order a drink.
Just a water though, I don't like to get drunk. I take the cup and walk to an empty booth.
Am hour of quietly sitting there sipping on water, someone walks over to the booth and sits down.
My eyes have trouble seeing who it is because of the darkness.
"What're you doing here?"
I immediately recognized the accent.
"What're you doing here Bálor?"
He laughs, "Not with this again."
"I'm here with my boyfriend."
I click my heels waiting for his response. He remains quiet for a few minutes.
"Shouldn't you be with him then?" Finn asks.
I shrug, even though he probably didn't notice because of the lighting.
He puts down his drink and I eye it.
"Want a sip?" He asks noticing me staring at it.
I pick it up and smell the strong alcohol.
"Vodka? Why are you drinking vodka?"
"Clears my mind."
"You shouldn't be drinking."
"Oh, so you care about me?" He places down the cup angrily.
I put my hands up in defense, "I'm just saying."
"I don't need you to say."
Something must be wrong with him, he never acts like this.
"What's wrong?" I ask him.
He groans, "Why does everyone think something's wrong? Can't a man drink for once."
"Not as much as you are."
He squints, "Want me to stop? Fine."
He throws the glass on the floor, the bang echoing throughout the club. People turn over to us.
He walks over to us, "Why are you with my girl?"
Finn laughs, "Why aren't you?"
His fist meets Finn right in the jaw and I jump up.
"Stop!"
Dana runs over and grabs his arm, so that's where he was.
"Let's go." I say to Finn.
"You're not the boss of me."
"Now Bálor."
He gets up and leans on me as we leave the club.
