My eyes wandered back to the corner of my screen.
I looked away, and closed my eyes.
events flashed before me, right before my eyes.
Tears started to cloud over as I told myself not to cry.
I finally looked back, reading the message over and over again.
Like a video on repeat, all the words she had told me started to repeat in my head.
All of the I love you's and all of the Ill never leave you's flashed in my brain.
But as I read the message I prayed that she would be there.
I typed with shaking fingers hoping that she would be near.
But as it sent I realized
No one was on the other side.
