Yang looked at the door in front of her, grabbing onto the doorknob. She tightens her grip on it but then loosens it.
'I think... you should go back to your dorm and apologize to Blake. I mean... She must be worried about you since you haven't been going to your dorm at all lately right?'
She let out a low frustrated growl.
Hesitantly turning the knob she opened the door. Her eyes widened in shock by what she saw in her dorm.
There Blake was laying in bed, practically naked but only partially because of the bed sheets. Alongside her was Sun. Though, he had boxers on just no shirt. He quickly gets up from Blake's bed and gets into a defensive angry like pose. Blake was sleeping.
"What the hell are you doing here?" Sun gave her a serious tone and a slightly angry look.
"If I remember correctly this is also my dorm room" she gave him an intense like stare.
"That isn't what I meant and you know it" he didn't break his gaze.
Yang just looked at Sun and then Blake. Her blood boiled at the sight and she hated it. She snorted as she rolled her eyes.
"Whatever" she walked over to the drawer that was near her bed and picked up her keys.
She had decided to go out drinking today and she didn't feel like walking this time. So, part of the reason of returning to her dorm was to get her keys to her motorcycle. That and she was also thinking about what Naomi said to her.
'I think... you should apologize to Blake'
"Some idea that was..." she mumbled. It wasn't loud enough for Sun to hear.
"Just do me a favor" she walked back but stopped when she was beside him, spinning her keys with her index finger.
"What?"
"Don't hurt her cause if you do" she tossed her keys up.
"Lets just say that you'll miss your little friend" she caught her keys as it landed in her hand.
She continued to walk forward but stopped as Sun said something he shouldn't have.
"I'm not like you" his tone was sharp and serious.
When she heard those words she froze up and anger filled up inside her, eyes going red. She turned around and got in Sun's face, giving him a threatening look.
"You don't know what the fuck you're talking about monkey boy" she made a wry face and the threatening stare didn't go away either..
But Sun didn't back down.
"Oh, I think I do. Blondie" he made an evil smirk.
"You see, I wasn't the one who made her cry last week or abandon her when she needed someone the most" he gave a threatening look of his own.
~Tsk~ Yang grit her teeth, biting into her gums to the point where she could almost taste her own blood. Her hands balled up into a tightening fist as her anger continued to rise. She raised a fist up and Sun was preparing to doge.
"That's enough!"
Both Sun and Yang looked towards the person who interrupted a fight that was about to happen.
It was Weiss. Ruby was behind her.
"Yang-"
"Shut it Ice Queen" Yang said coldly and began to head out towards the door to avoid another lecture she knew Weiss would give her.
But she was stopped as her little sister grabbed onto her wrist.
Yang looked over her shoulder as Ruby was looking down on the floor with a sad look in her eyes and she wasn't letting go of her wrist either.
"Yang..." Ruby said quietly.
She looked up at Yang. Her eyes all full of sadness, hurt and tears.
"Please... Stop this..." Ruby's lips quivered and a tear fell down her cheek.
Yang's eyes widened at the sight of her baby sister tearing up in front of her. To know that she was the cause of all of her sadness made her absolutely furious and ashamed of herself. To see her baby sister pleading hurt her.
She tensed up as she felt Ruby hug her.
"I hate seeing you suffer... I know you don't want to go through what happened long ago but that's in the past now. You have to let it go and move forward, you have to stop running, you have to make things right..."
But Yang couldn't let go, she couldn't move forward, she couldn't stop running, and she couldn't make things right. Not after everything that she has done now. She brought pain to others and to Ruby. Someone that she never wanted to suffer because of her pain.
This is why she tried to avoid them. So she and they could avoid this.
"I'm sorry, Ruby..."
Yang made a choice.
"I'm sorry for making you feel pain and for making you suffer like this..." she gently broke the hug and put both her hands on Ruby's shoulders.
"But it's okay" she gave a soft smile.
"Because that all ends now"
She put her hand on Ruby's head and began to ruffle her hair a bit.
"Weiss..."
"What?" she gave her a questioning look. She knew Yang was up to something.
Yang stopped ruffling Ruby's hair and her soft smile went away.
"Take care of Ruby"
They looked at Yang in shock.
"Yang?" Ruby gave her a sad, scared, confused look.
"What the hell is that suppose to mean?!" Weiss angrily asked.
"First Blake now Ruby?" Sun gave her a disgusted look.
"Yang this isn't funny..." Ruby looked like she was about to break.
"Wasn't trying to be" Yang said as she shoved both her hands in her pocket.
She now had an emotionless look on her face, as if she didn't care about anything now.
"I'm dropping out and leaving this shit place, might go to Atlas or something I don't know"
She turned around and walked out.
"Peace"
Ruby tried to reach for her but she couldn't. She slumped to the ground as she covered her mouth with her hand to muffle her cries of sadness. Weiss rushed to Ruby and hugged her knowing full well that she needed comfort. Ruby hugged her back as and let it all out, tears staining Weiss's shirt but Weiss didn't care.
"DON'T LEAVE ME!" Ruby cried into Weiss's shoulder.
"YOU PROMISED THAT YOU WOULD NEVER LEAVE! DON'T BREAK YOUR PROMISE LIKE HOW MOM DID!"
Weiss grit her teeth and closed her eyes as Ruby cried and trembled in her arms, she tightened the hug as she felt her own tears escaping as well.
Yang continued to walk down the halls as she could hear Ruby's cries. She bit her lip and tried to fight off the tears that were threatening to escape.
She didn't want to leave Ruby but she didn't have a choice. Besides, Ruby isn't alone anymore she has Weiss now. And if Weiss was true to her word she would always be with and love Ruby.
'I'm sorry, Ruby...'
As she got on her bike and image showed up in her mind.
An image of her and Ruby of when they were little.
A image of when they were happy.
A image of when they didn't have to be scared about anything.
She put on her helmet.
'This is for your own good... But I promise that I WILL be back. This isn't goodbye baby sister'
A tear fell down her cheek.
Yang turned on Bumbleby and drove off into the sunset.

Sorry for the long ass wait. I have been working non-stop so I haven't been able to work on my story at all! Been working open to close and I am really tired by the time I get home from work!
So, I am letting you guys know in advance that updates/posts will be longer because of this.
I also apologize about how short this chapter is and I know you guys must be disppointed because of that... But I wanted to get a chapter out for you guys to keep you from waiting any longer.
I promise that the next chapter WILL be longer than that!
