I was still in 2nd grade when this one happened, I should warn you because I am not sure whether this experience really happened or just my imagination.
It was a hot afternoon in my old school building, we patiently wait for our class to end because our last period teacher is not around. Then I decided to go out of the classroom for a while and stroll in the hallway. When I peeked at the next room to my surprise I saw something floating at the back side of the classroom and a milk bottle with something inside. I was in disbelief when I saw the people inside the room did not notice the “being” that was there for which it was really huge. The teacher just continues her lecture and the students are attentively listening. To my horror of what I saw I just froze to where I stood.
Floating at the back of the classroom is a woman with freakishly huge "bat-like" wings and whose body is cut in half. Blood drips from the insides that hangs on her waist and she is wearing a tattered and very dirty light brown colored blouse but not the kind of blouse people wear in Luzon during the Spanish Colonization and as usually depicted in the movies. She has long black hair and a bit messy. Her arms are dirty and seemed like rotting and her nails are long and bloody. What terrified me the most is when she looked at me intensely and our eyes locked on for a moment. Because I was scared I simply looked down and stared on the floor. I can feel her glare of rage from where I stood and I know she is still looking at me. I hear the vicious flaps of her wings and the gritting of her teeth and unbelievably I hear her say "I can eat you!" The intense look of her reddish eyes was imprinted on my memory and I will never forget that moment.
After a while of staring at the floor I gathered any courage left in me to look at creature again but before I really raise my head I saw a bottle beneath her and I noticed something inside. As I focused my vision I realized that it is moving no more of dancing inside and I can't beleive that I actually saw a dwarf! It is not the typical dwarf we see on tv because the one I saw is wearing a brown vest/shirt and brown-green pants with red-wine colored cloak. It is bare-footed and there were no pointed hat as it is usually portrayed. I blinked several times before I realized it stopped dancing and is now glaring at me. Her/His sharp eyes are piercing to my very soul and because of that I hurriedly went back to my own classroom and shooked in fear. My classmates were taking turn asking me what happened to me. After I calmed down a little I told them what I saw inbetween crying and hiccups. Some of my classmates tried to peeked as well but most of them did not see it while the others claimed they saw it. The truth of the matter is those who said they saw it too seemed unbelievable because the tone of their voice is calm and mocking.
Years in the same school had passed and I have forgotten about that incident but during our High School Graduation a friend approached me and asked me to remember my experience when we were in second grade. After a bitter and scary recollection I really had cold sweat and intense goosebumps because this friend told me what he saw and what scares me back then is that he describes it the exact way I saw it. I haven't told anyone the details of what I saw but for some bizzare reason who knew what exactly happened. From then on I really believed they exists although sometimes I still doubt if I really saw it or not.
